Points négatifs : At DIA, the hertz pickup place is grouped with some other not so good places. We waited in line for 30 mins before we found out that hertz didn’t have a line. We were in the line for the other crappy rental places because hertz didn’t have people directing traffic to their service center.
Points positifs : very friendly staff.
Points positifs : The staff in Denver was excellent and very helpful. Drop-off in Worcester Massachusetts was not.
Points négatifs : The drop-off consisted of picking up a telephone at an empty desk, it was only 3:10pm, and them telling me to put the keys in a drop-box. I dropped off the car a couple hours earlier than expected and should have received a refund for the extra hours I was originally charged for, but no one was at the desk to speak with.
Points positifs : It doesn’t matter. The customer service Director at the DEN airport at Hertz was beyond unprofessional and rude.
Points négatifs : The customer service Director at Hertz was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have EVER encountered in that type of role. She was a bully and on a power trip.
Points positifs : Luxury car at a good price. The guy that helped us get the car was very nice.
Points négatifs : The Hertz bus that picks us up from the airport took 20ish minutes to show up. There were 50 people waiting for it, I counted. When it showed, they guys said “I can take 4 with me.” Not sure if that’s because it was full or because they were social distancing. I took another services bus and walked to Hertz. Once there, the car was dirty on the exterior. My daughter found a French fry in the back seat. It’s the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.
Points positifs : The price was about what I would have expected, but that is about it.
Points négatifs : Just about everything could have been better. The shuttle wasn’t running, as we waited over 30 minutes for it to come and get us (eventually just took an Uber to the rental site). When we got there, we had no clue where to go and there was no signage. The actual building we were supposed to go in had Thrifty and Dollar written on the outside. When we checked out, they didn’t have any cars that we wanted (only options were minivans). We had to wait more time for them to bring out a compact car. When they finally did, it was very beat up and had scratches and dents all over it.

Points négatifs : Hertz was terrible to deal with. We rented a 7 passenger SUV through Kayak, but Hertz charged us an additional $1100.00 for a like car. This was the worst car rental experience I have ever experience.

Points négatifs : Absolutely awful experience. Waited outside in the burning sun for 3 hours despite booking a week before. The staff was also reckless and put customers in danger by driving the rental cars like maniacs. They even got into an accident with their own rental vehicles. Worst rental experience of my life.
Points positifs : The car was nice and the staff at the gold desk was very apologetic to the long wait times.
Points négatifs : Wait time was over 2 hours for a car. No clear instructions given on how drop off works before hertz was open to leave keys in car. Shuttle bus driver was very nice.

Points positifs : we booked this online and i put in Denver International airport it scheduled my car at a hertz 20 away for 4 of us that was a $51 uber fee. There was a hertz at the airport that is where I thought our car was supposed to be. Nope the woman was rude at the airport. when we tried to maybe switch a reservation it was going to cost $820 for 4 days for the same small car that we got for $160 at the other hertz 20 min away. when we got to the other place the guy seemed to have better things to do than help us with our reservation. then when we explained what happened his response was...it happens all the time. WTF
Points négatifs : The website not book us somewhere 20 minutes away for one. Hire employees that actually want to help people and not be rude. When you are on vacation in a new place the last thing you want to do is have to find a ride someplace else to pick a care up and deal with rude lazy people.
