Points négatifs : Pick up shuttle didn’t arrive for over 30 mins. And calls to the rental car center didn’t go through. So was slightly frustrating getting to the rental car center. We needed to Uber there!

Points négatifs : Sixt did not have our rental when we arrived. This was despite the fact I had called to confirm our reservation twice before leaving because I had never used Sixt before. The actual office itself doesn't have a phone (I tried calling them many, many times) so the only person available to talk to is a customer service rep in corporate. The only comparable car was an upgrade that they were asking $150 additional for, rather than comping us for their mistake. Since they did not have a car available for us, we had to scramble the same day to find another one at a different rental company. I would never use this company again.

Points positifs : The staff was amazing at the Philly AP location. Top notch customer service.
Points négatifs : The only small dislike was none of the SUV's we were supposed to get was available so we got an SUV, but not one of the ones listed. We were supposed to get a Volkswagen, GMC or Toyota and we got the small Hyundai which was a bit smaller. But not a big deal and still fit our needs.

Points négatifs : There is no 24 hour shuttle service as advertised. Covid or not, this is absolutely unacceptable if you are going to advertise yourself as an offsite airport rental option. This is supposed to be an "airport" rental car company. I had to take an Uber from the drop-off location since no one was answering the off-hours shuttle hotline, and I barely made my flight. I will never use this company again.

Points négatifs : Sixt advertises unlimited miles but what they mean is unlimited miles as long as you don't exit the "regional" area. If you do, they will charge you $.50 per mile on top of your rental price.
