Dollar was good. Hertz terrible although I know Hertz owns Dollar. Hertz confirmed my San Diego International Airport two days before my flight with the pick up in Tia Juana. I called to straighten it out and they blamed it on Kayak. They said they could get me a car at the airport for $1,100 or about $700 more then original quote. When we arrived at San Diego Airport, we were told that our reservation was Tijuana not San Diego. I had a print out of my reservation and it showed Pick-up and Return were both San Diego. I ended up paying $90 more than my reserved price. I was not very happy about it.Avis laissé le 27 août 2023

I rented the car for San Diego airport. However, it was not the main San Diego airport!!! It was an airport 30 miles south of the main airport. When I booked the car, it said San Diego airport -- not that it was 30 miles south. I was originally to pay around $420. I ended up paying $940!!! My car was booked at wrong location. Arrived to pick it up and was told it was at other location and I would have to call to see if it could be transferred. No one answered when I called. The kayak app put the car rental at the wrong airport. I put thaw San Diego airport and the kayak App switched it to the Tijuana airport without notifying me. I had to Uber to the other airport which cost over $50 and pay to change the drop off to the San Diego airport which cost another $90.
