No staff available, one person servicing the counter for all 3 companies with long lines of frustrated customers. Not fair for the employee.Avis laissé le 19 mars 2023

Did not realize until we got to FL that our rental was off-site of the airport. Hertz agent at airport told us we needed to get a taxi to pick up car. No problem. We got our car, a Mission, roomy enough for my husband to get in and out of. Drop off was easy and they called a taxi for us.Avis laissé le 26 janv. 2023

The process wasn't clear after checking in at the airport and going to the lot. As a first-time renter, a little explanation goes a long way.Avis laissé le 10 janv. 2023

The whole experience was very good. My only complaint was limited hours at drop off location, but small airport do I understand. Except should be full day on a Sunday too.Avis laissé le 4 oct. 2022

This Hertz location was easy to deal with. My only comment would be if renting through Kayak, make sure you pay attention to where the pickup location is. My belief was I was picking up at the airport based on my search criteria. To my dismay I was told I had rented off the airport and had to take a taxi to the location.Avis laissé le 5 mai 2022
