Points positifs : Great car, easy drop off, very clean and appreciated the strict mask protocol and social distancing inside facility

Points positifs : Picking up the car was easy the staff at Payless was very nice the car was super clean ran very smooth I didn’t even want to give up the car that’s how nice it was. The drop off was easy. Definitely recommend Payless to anyone thinking of using them I know this will not be my last time using there services.
Points négatifs : There could have been more staff working at the front desk when I went it was a long line outside with two people working the front desk there should be a line for people that is renting a car and for those that already rented and paid online instead of having to wait even though I paid online already other then that everything went smooth
Points positifs : There was a 2-hour line for the car pick-up (some people waited 3+) despite everyone in line having ordered online already. The line literally wrapped around the building. If you only have 2 people manning the counter, rent out fewer cars.
Points positifs : I loved the car. I had requested a compact car, was offered a larger vehicle for an uncharge and I declined. I was given a Kia Soul. I'm not sure if that is considered a compact car or not, but it was great.
Points négatifs : There is lots that could be done better. 1) the directions find the rental car location that was provided was incorrect due to construction in the area and needs to be updated. 2) The agent was less than polite when she asked me if I wanted insurance and I told her that I already had some. 3) The signage in the rental car parking area is only painted on the ground, and there are no directional signs to assist in finding the area that you should be looking. 4) The agent sent me to the wrong car and when I was exiting the location, the gate attendant said 'this is the wrong car' but didn't do anything to solve the issue, leaving me to have to repark the car and find someone who could help me. 5) In the center console of the car was an empty water bottle and a used face mask—is this representative of the cover-19 safety measures Payless is upholding?
Points positifs : Nothing...EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!
Points négatifs : They shouldn’t say that they have a car for you but when you show up they tell you otherwise.
Points positifs : The pickup was a bit slow, but the drop-off was VERY simple and it was just myself and my daughter and we had 4 big bags and 2 carryons and the carts were right there and easy to do Air Train.
Points négatifs : The check-in was messy for others in front of me, but we got our car VERY fast...
Points négatifs : Line was down at the time. Waited for more than an hour for pick up and still has to line up for drop off. Rest room not clean. More staff to assist widen line is down and more frequent checking of cleanliness of the restroom.
