Points positifs : I did not like anything. Bad service.
Points négatifs : They lost the keys and the car then the wait to be seen meanwhile they are all here the attitude it’s just not a good experience at all. The person that lets you out is never there and you have to wait on them or go looking for someone it is ridiculous .
Points positifs : Took over half hour at counter as agent was incompetent. I was next in line . Agent at counter twice tried to give me a giant SUV instead of the compact I ordered. Luckily I was able to get someone in the parking area that switched me to a smaller vehicle.

Points positifs : Nothing....There was no one at the counter when I arrived at Newark Airport to pick up the car. After about a 30 minute wait, someone from Budget finally took care of me. When I got to my destination in NJ I noticed that the paperwork ended my reservation on 7/8, not 7/16 as stated on my confirmat

I called and was told that the max. rental that Payless can do is 30 days and that if I wanted to extend to 7/16 that I would have to return to the airport and pay whatever the rate was at that time. Disgusted, I returned the car on 6/18 and was charged a higher rate than my confirmation.

Points négatifs : When we walked to the bay to find our car someone else was driving away with the car we were supposed to take. We went in to wait in line again for another car. When we returned the car there was no one to receive us, no clear indication of where to go, and no one at the indoor counter.

Points négatifs : We were told several times someone would be right with us but me and my husband had to wait about 20 min before we were actually helped. This was my only issue.

Challenging rental experience
Points positifs : I liked the initial prices offer although I ended up being charged 20% more than estimated cost. Overall it would have been cheaper to go with another rental company
Points négatifs : Serious lack of phone customer service for car issues. The paneling of the car popped out as we arrived to our destination and the washer fluid alert came on. We added more fluid, then the tire pressure light came on every few days and more air was added. As we attempted to resolved issues customer service was challenging. In addition, Car rental was prepared by another rental that explained charges incorrectly. In the end the charges were 20% more than what was estimated during my booking process. I would have been better off going with another company. I do not recommend this company in the future as it has been and continues to be a frustrating experience.

Points négatifs : The amount of money was different i was agree on 870$ and u charged me for 1050$ don't know why. There was no water in the windshield tank. Need to explain people what is a easy pass cause we are not from here.
