Points négatifs : The employees were unfriendly and I hated the hidden charges like the taxes that weren’t charged when I prepaid. It should be very clear that taxes are charged at pickup along with a $200.00 hold. That was really frustrating.
Points négatifs : Car had high mileage and a lot of dings and scratches. But was in good mechanical condition.

Points négatifs : The attendant at the pickup site was very helpful within his limitations. He spent an inordinate amount of time calling the back office(from what I believe to be his personal cell phone) to get a confirmation code. The process took close to half an hour. My reservation was prepaid with the tax portion being the only residual so I do not recognize the need for that much time being taken to process this transaction. It seemed that there was no real advance preparation of the rental prior to my arrival. I do not fault the attendant, I fault the back office support. I expected better service.

Points négatifs : The customer service ,when I asked for someone to check the car before I left the property and after the return they just said go ahead! As a disabled person with bronchitis I also had the car detailed myself cost me $24 dollars I have pictures and receipt to prove they tried to charge me $300!
Points positifs : Nothing about it. Would never rent from them again or use Kayak!

It took one hour of waiting to serve six customers with reservations. They could not find the reservation even with my confirmed email in hand, then charged a higher price
Points négatifs : Three things. One training, Two more staff. Three upgrade that embarrassing computer system. No modern company uses such antiquated software. I even felt bad for the undertrained person tabbing slowly through the screens. Good drop-off in day though and corrected the error.

Points négatifs : There was an error at check-in which resulted in having to be worked up twice and also resulting in confusion when we pickup the car from the lot. We loaded all into one car an attendant took us to and were about to drive away when they flagged us down saying that was the wrong car....had to unload everything and get into another car.
