Points positifs : Car drove well, hybrid gas mileage was great
Points négatifs : Car was dirty on outside, no washer fluid from the first day, no notice of offsite return in Las Vegas, added time to get back to airport causing us to almost miss our flight
Points positifs : Fast friendly and helpful.
Points négatifs : Vehicle was absolutely filthy and smelled like smoke.

Points négatifs : Pick up line took over two hours! Then still charged for the extra hour of rental even though didn’t have the car

Points positifs : No, when we picked up the car the gentleman pointed in the direction of the vehicle and color. He never mentioned that we needed to look over the car and report back any damage that we saw.
When I returned the vehicle the employee that helped us was extremely rude the worst customer service ever. He accused us of scratches on the vehicle. I guess it’s partly our fault for not taking pictures prior to leaving with the vehicle. The mini van was already in terrible condition the entire vehicle had scratches and body work done. The right tail light was lose. While driving the back end of the vehicle made loud rattling noises. When we tried to use the windshield wipers for the back window the water came in side the car on the passengers side.
Points négatifs : Have your employees walk the vehicle with the customer and go over any damage. Work on customer skills when returning the vehicle. Which reminds me the employee didn’t even greet us he asked for the keys and then it went down hill from there.
Points positifs : Drop off was fine. Picking up was the worst. 2-hour wait in a queue. Not enough staff for the demands, slow and cumbersome process. Terrible overall.
Points négatifs : More staff to check out vehicles, fewer signings of liabilities, and fewer sales of filling up on gas and wasting time explaining insurance options.
Points positifs : The car was clean, the return was easy. Overall a good value.
Points négatifs : I picked up the car on a Saturday and the line was quite long. I stood in line for an hour, even though there were six desk agents. I feel like the process could have been more streamlined.

Points positifs : Absolutely nothing to like about my Fox Rental Car experience.
Points négatifs : Everything, from being charged what I was told - when car unavailable upgrade offered but was charged more than led to believe. Our upgrade vehicle was fllthy and smelled so strongly of cigarettes, air freshener and I can't even guess what else, that we could barely stand it. However, at that point we were almost 2 hours in and just wanted to start our vacation - so windows down in 90+ degree Phoenix we took off. Was told at return - more demanded than asked or even told - to just leave the car and they'd send us an email receipt. I'm still working on getting bogas gasoline charges of $132 removed from the bill.
Points positifs : Drop off was easy. Staff was OK but forced us to pay more for the car we've reserved.
Points négatifs : We WERE FORCED to PAY EXTRA for the SUV we've ordered. FOX employee forced us to accept a bigger SUV and pre-pay for fuel. We were told that there are no midsize SUVs available - we've reserved one - and either we have to take a small sedan or pay extra. We were planning to go on some dirt roads so we have no choice but to pay. Also, we've noticed that there was a midsize SUV - just the type we've reserved - on the parking lot.

Points négatifs : Vehicle was supposed to be a "Standard SUV" ( Dodge Journey or similar as per their listing) but instead got a compact that bordered on Sub-Compact, we got a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with manual seats.The vehicle had over 60K miles, all 4 tires just barely had legal tread depth. The Vehicle maintenance light was on at every start and it took at east 5+ seconds to start, like the battery was just barely up to cranking it over. For the Cost savings, it was not worth it and a disappointment!!!
