Points positifs : Took over an hour and a half to get a car that was reserved days ahead of time. Waiting in line took almost as long as my flight.

Points positifs : The staff was friendly and the cars were very clean
Points négatifs : I was doing interviews and needing to drive to each remote location. I was south of Tucson when the maintenance required message showed up. I had to drive back through Tucson to exchange the car which created a time crunch to be able to get to the interviews in time.
Points positifs : Aziz was the friendliest rental Agent I’ve interacted with. While friendly, he was still swift and got me on my way. He also seemed to have the same effect on the customer before me. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had and, while this may sound super sales-y, I will definitely look at Avis brands first when booking my cars from now on.

We had to wait 2 hours from someone from Budget to take us downstairs and start a new line.
They had to search for ANY car at that point-- mine was dirty and unwashed, and was an ECONOMY, not a COMPACT

Points négatifs : Overall good experience the only complaint is that they only had one customer service person at pick up and the line was extra long, with a long wait time
Points négatifs : Waited in line for over an hour and the one and only guy working managed to check out 4 people. A manager came out and apologized for the wait and said they were doing all they could and then, instead of helping her employee, simply disappeared. Cancelled my reservation while I was in line and went elsewhere. In the time I booked a whole new car and left the building, Payless managed to help one more person. Don’t waste your time or money.
Points positifs : Long wait in line to get car. They changed to "a free upgraded" because apparently they didn't have the car I had reserved ready. Then the car they gave me smelled like someone had been smoking in it so they had to change it again. The second car had not been cleaned prior to me getting it. They were really pushy about the insurance even though I assured them that I had pre-paid for the insurance through KAYAK. Th customer service rep said that wasn't good insurance and that if anything happened that I would be charged through my credit card and would have to get the money back from the insurance on my own.
Points négatifs : They should have known (been informed by KAYAK) that I had already purchased insurance, otherwise what's the point. The should have had the car that I reserved.
Points négatifs : The wait to pick up the car was way too long.
