Points positifs : Nous avons adoré notre séjour au sein de cet établissement. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans une chambre Premium. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre à notre arrivée de l’aéroport vers midi. Celle ci était parfaitement équipée. Seul petit bémol, l’utilisation des équipements ne coulait pas de source. Notre chambre comportait une baignoire à remous, une sublime vue sur l’eau et un énorme lit. A notre arrivée, une assiette de petit dessert nous attendait, un plus. L’insonorisation est parfaite. Le déjeuner est gourmand et très diversifié. Nous avons pu profiter à deux reprises du Wellness qui est splendide. Il se situe au 23e étage avec une sublime vue sur l’eau et le plus long pont d’Europe. L’hôtel se situe à proximité de l’aéroport (10minutes en taxi). Un shopping center et une gare de train, bus et métro se situent à 15 minutes à pieds. Nous avons ainsi pu rejoindre le centre de Lisbonne en 15-20 minutes en métro.

Points négatifs : Le personnel de l’hôtel ne parle pratiquement pas français.

Points positifs : Staff was so friendly and very efficient, amazing view from our spavious suite we were upgraded to. Perfect location for us, as we have had an event in arena that's 5 min of a walk.

Points positifs : Had a helpful desk that made good recommendations and would call and reserve restaurants, nice baths with toiletries, clean upscale rooms, etc. A bit far from the main tourist areas, but we ubered everywhere so did not bother us much, although I would probably stay near Rosso next time. Near two subway stops but we did not use. We visited in Nov so did not visit the pool. Soundproofing good. Imo more of a business class hotel.

Points négatifs : I want to rate this definitely higher end hotel better, but the uncomfortable beds in the "superior" class rooms caused us to loose sleep so. Coffee in the hotel bar is 7e!

Points négatifs : Wasn't too keen on the twin single bed bedrooms due to two singles mattress being on a double bed frame to close to each other feels weird might not be some people's comfort zone, if the sofa bed wasn't their I wouldn't have enjoyed my sleep Went early to see if room was available early to check in, the girl at reception took my details started checking me in their was a mix up with with some of the booking, sorted that out for her to then take payment the disappointment was after all that she said the room will be ready at 3pm!!! Me thinking she has did this all as the room may have been ready. Felt this was wrong as I only asked if the room was ready, she should have advised me that the room is not ready and should have given me the option that I can pay now or I can pay on my return when I come to check in. The time I had spent making the correction of the booking and payment I could have sat somewer had some food and re energised.... Otherwise everything was smooth

Points négatifs : Room (720) was next to cleaning staff room, so it was a bit noisy in the morning. Luckily I’m morning person.. Safety box was tricky to use or it was broken.

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait à quelques pas du métro et de nombreux restaurants. Un beau quartier relativement calme un peu en dehors des zones touristiques, qui sont facilement accessibles par métro ou bus. À quelques minutes de l'aéroport. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. La salle de bains est luxueuse et grande. Le petit-déjeuner était charmant. Tout le personnel est très sympa et serviable.

Points négatifs : Nous n'avons rien à redire à cet hôtel. J'y retournerai volontiers.

Points positifs : Hôtel récent et proche des transports en commun. L’établissement est un peu à l’écart de la place centrale et bien isolé du bruit.

Points négatifs : La salle du petit déjeuner est au sous sol dans une pièce sans fenêtre. Les bruits de vaisselle et les conversations des clients attablés résonnent fortement. Une ambiance musicale serait appréciée. Personnellement nous avons trouvé que les oreillers étaient vraiment très durs. Heureusement la jeune fille de la réception ( service du soir) a été adorable et nous a apporté des oreillers plus doux.

Points positifs : Tout près d'une station de métro, et non loin de la place Marquès de Pombal, grand centre névralgique de Lisbonne, cet hôtel est vraiment bien situé. Nous avons eu une grande chambre bien insonorisé de la rue alors que nous étions juste au-dessus.

Points négatifs : Nous entendions parfois les voisins de chambre par-contre. Et il n'y avait que 2 chaines de télé en français et seulement des chaines d'infos.

Points positifs : It a relaxing oasis and very calming atmosphere the staff are very attentive and asked for extra towels which we got within minutes. There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.

Points négatifs : Maybe could do with a bit more maintenance as some marks in shower area and drainage in shower not that great. Light shines through bathroom door so if your a light sleeper and someone uses bathroom through the night it’s very bright.

If you are travelling with the car, it’s better to ask hotel for paid parking (Eur 15 per night), which is across the street

Points positifs : The breakfast was really great, the dining area and the kitchen were big, nice and clean. Other than that everything was terrible. When I first arrived for check in I entered and the check in counter is so high that you couldn’t see the girl when she was sitting behind it. She did not stand up or greeted me but proceeded to ask for my passport which I put on the counter and she asked for it again, I said it’s on the counter and she excused herself not being able to see it since the counter is so high up, I thought maybe she is in a wheelchair that’s why she is not standing up when greeting a guest but then after I checked in she suddenly stood up to show me the room. It was just weird to greet guests sitting down and not seeing them basically. I was a girl travelling alone and usually staff put you in a room with fewer men, my room was really small, with no windows and there were three older men in that room. I am sure there were other beds available for one night. It was not very comfortable. I ended up spending the night somewhere else. At checkout, I forgot a pair of shoes in the room, when I called them later of course they had not seen them, I don’t think any of the older men would steal women’s shoes. Overall, as an alone female traveller who been to many hostels in Lisbon, I would not recommend a stay here.

Points positifs : Staffs are nice and warm, the metro station is downstairs, so it’s very convenient to get to downtown, And breakfast is good.

Points négatifs : It’s on third floor without elevator, a bit trouble for luggage. And of course 3 layers bed make you feel a bit uncomfortable but its cost is worth.

Points négatifs : Late check in times. At least I think 2pm is late anyway. Room was very nice but on the small side. The bathroom was very nice but shower setup managed to get part of the bathroom floor soaking wet. My pet peeve: No way to leave your devices charging when you're out of the room. Your door card shuts all the power off in the room when you clise the room door and take it with you. I know it's a green thing but leaving a USB plug on to charge a phone would make such a difference? Really?

Points négatifs : Le restaurant/bar était exactement ce à quoi il faut s'attendre mais un plus grand menu pourraient être proposé.

Points positifs : La décoration originale et le service très souriant et accueillant. La navette toutes les 20 minutes pour l'aéroport.

Points négatifs : Il manque des porte essuies ds la, salle de bain, des crochets.. De la place pour ranger ses affaires de toilette... Il manque un plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre avec café et thé. Au resto, il n'y a pas beaucoup ds l'assiette. Poisson : pas de garniture, quasi pas de légumeset de sauce. C'était goûteux mais l'équivalent d'une cuillère à soupe. L'eau de la douche passait du chaud au froid sans raison...

Points positifs : The location was ideal for my purpose, next door to the airport. The free shuttle was very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and quite varied. The room was quiet, very clean and well equipped with a free bottle of water. The food at the cafe bar was excellent too.

Points négatifs : I missed having a kettle and tea and coffee in the room, otherwise I didn't find anything that disappointed me at all.

Points positifs : The hotel is in a good location - right next to the airport. There is a comp shuttle service to Terminal 1 and 2 which goes every 30 minutes in the morning.

Points négatifs : On one of my visits to Star Inn, the AC did not work in my room. It was late at night and I had been travelling/working a very long time that day. I just needed to get to bed, so I came back down to reception to get another room. The guy behind the desk wanted to take me back up to the room with the non-working AC to try again, but I told him in words of one syllable it needed to be a room change.... I have been staying in hotels for 5 nights a week for years... etc. He saw it my way, but IMHO he should have simply changed the room immediately. That's what normally happens. At the age of 60+ I know how to work an AC unit. I think I could even repair one if given enough time and the tools.... :-)

Points positifs : L'emplacement est fantastique. Nous sommes allés à pied en toute sécurité à l'aéroport à 3 heures du matin, allées bien éclairées.

Points négatifs : Pour un hôtel d'aéroport en Europe, il n'y avait pas grand chose à améliorer... comme prévu, les chambres étaient petites et pas parfaitement bien éclairées, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon hôtel près de l'aéroport.

Points négatifs : Très mauvaise isolation sonore. On pouvait entendre chaque personne marcher derrière la porte avec des sacs et parler à voix basse. Et une taxe supplémentaire de 2 euros à l'arrivée ?????? Pourquoi ? Et si vous n'avez pas de téléphone à appeler à votre arrivée, vous serez coincé sur le trottoir pendant un moment car l'endroit n'est pas identifié dans un grand bâtiment. Il suffit d'appuyer sur chaque sonnette de porte et vous pourrez peut-être ouvrir la porte !

Points positifs : Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Les réponses aux questions par mail très rapides. Nous avons séjourné 2 fois ( à l'aller et au retour d'un vol). Les 2 fois les chambres étaient propres et confortables. A conseiller pour un transit entre 2 vols à 5 min de l'aéroport (3 € avec uber)

Points positifs : Chambre très bien située. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil a été très réactive car nous avons eu un problème de matelas dans la chambre réservé. Elle nous a installée immédiatement dans une autre chambre sans hésiter une seconde. Je recommande cette établissement qui est très propre.

Points négatifs : Rien sauf le fait de partager la salle de bains avec les autres chambres de l'appartement mais nous n'allons pas nous plaindre car nous le savions lorsque nous avons réservé ;o)

Great attention with the guests, I recommend even for a business trip as it is very conveniently located close to the airport. Points positifs : The apartment is clean and the staff is very nice. Ready to help 24/7. I felt very comfortable. Also having a coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for me. :) The airport is very near so this is also an advantage for short stays.

Points positifs : Un ami et moi avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d'une longue escale à Lisbonne. L'hôtel avait des chambres propres, confortables et magnifiques avec de beaux équipements et un personnel réactif. Il est proche de l'aéroport et du métro, donc c'était très facile de se déplacer.

Points positifs : Très pratique pour aller à l'aéroport. Bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses (en particulier par rapport aux critères d'Europe).

Points négatifs : La salle de bains n'était pas vraiment propre. La cuisine du restaurant était très moyenne. L'employé lors du départ ne m'a pas donné de facture.

Points positifs : L'enregistrement en ligne, en plus il a demandé s'il y avait des demandes spéciales. J'ai demandé 1 lit (2 adultes) et un oreiller en plumes.

Points négatifs : L'une des 2 demandes spéciales lors de l'enregistrement en ligne a été ignorée--ma demande d'avoir un oreiller en plume. Il aurait été agréable d'avoir cet l'oreiller dans la chambre, ou d'avoir une explication de pourquoi pas. Aucun n'a été fourni, cependant.

Points positifs : L'hôtel était de première classe en termes de confort et d'équipements. Les salles de bains était franchement luxueuses. Le lit était grand et ferme. Il y a une station de métro à 150 mètres, donc l'accès aux zones touristiques était plus facile que prévu.

Points négatifs : La situation n'est pas super pour les touristes.

Points positifs : Thanks to the professional, friendly and extremely accommodating welcome by staff at the reception desk ,a challenging day - we missed our flight from Faro to Frankfurt - turned out alright in the end!!

Points négatifs : The rain at arrival in Lisbon and the taxi ride to the hotel during rush hour traffic. No complaints about the hotel itself.

Points positifs : The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the airport. By taxi, it costs around 7-8 Euros. Just in front of the hotel, there is a Chinese restaurant which is very good and economical as well. The breakfast is great with huge number of choices. The staff of the hotel were very friendly. Especially I would like to mention Mr. Migeul at the reception. He is a young man, very friendly to the guests. He guided us about the city and things to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to its location and comfort. The nearest metro station Campo Grande is 5 minutes walk.

Points négatifs : Nothing. The only thing missing was lack of a swimming pool. Also the fitness centre was not too big.

Points négatifs : I didn't like: unreliable and very rude shuttle service, I would strongly recommend to avoid it. I booked a return shuttle for the convenience (taxi would cost you half btw). They let me down on both occasions and I got shouted at on the top of that. Stress you don't want to have. Avoid this hostel outside of summer months as there is no heating and the room is literally frozen. They do provide thick blankets but it's still uncomfortably cold.

Points négatifs : Dirty, noisy, cold room. I asked for a quiet room, my request was replied to as “ok” and then they gave me a room beside the front door and kitchen. They offered me to move to another of their guesthouses in a different area at around midnight and put me in a room where the blind over the window, and the whole window area, was mouldy. It was cold and the walls were dirty. Assuming there was no other room available I stayed there but then discovered the key was the wrong one for the door. I then found another room, a far better one, and moved in there. You would think that that room should have been offered to me in the first place....

Points positifs : Après avoir lu les commentaires, j'ai apporté mes boules Quiès et tout s'est très bien passé. Concernant les sanitaires communs, tout dépend de la propreté de chacun. Personnel d'accueil agréable, sympathique et serviable. Le Shuttle ponctuel.

Points négatifs : Attention, si vous arrivez la nuit, faites vous bien indiquer où se situent les interrupteurs d'éclairage ... un petit détail, mais ceux de la cuisine ne se situent pas là où on pense ... Mais c'est juste un détail.

Points positifs : Proche de l'aéroport Le petit déjeuner n'était pas frais, comme dans les hôtels américains. Lisbonne est réputé pour ses pains, et il n'y en avait pas à l'hôtel.

Points négatifs : Les environs étaient un peu dangereux, à quelques minutes à pied nous des ghettos . pour quelques dollars de plus pour un taxi, vous pouvez obtenir un bel hôtel, avec la saveur et la nourriture de la vraie Lisbonne. Ils vous font payer 5 euros par personne pour la navette de l'aéroport, et à 2 personnes, c'est presque la même chose que d"être dans le centre.

Points positifs : C'est un hôtel très propre, calme et agréable pour un séjour d'une nuit avant de rentrer à la maison !

Points négatifs : Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de véhicules libres pour venir me chercher oum'accompagner à l'aéroport sans encourir certains frais, surtout le taxi de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Je suis gâté par ce service inclus dans les frais d'hôtel à la maison.

Points positifs : Ultra convenient for quick access to Lisbon airport and very good price. The room for a solo traveller was spacious enough, had a nice alcove with table and chairs, storage space. The apartment has two bathrooms both with shower which is helpful when there are other guests. The building is right next to a green park.

Points négatifs : Sound insulation is very bad, can hear the next room clearly. I was forced to wake up four times because of new guests’ check-in and bath. Room key is hard to use.

Points positifs : Proche de l'aéroport, mais malgré tout dans un quartier bien desservit aux nombreux commerces, restaurants, bars ; le guesthouse est simple, confortable et bien équipé. Parfait pour un court séjour type escale. Accueil facile et sympathique.

Points négatifs : Les lieux peuvent être un peu bruyant en fonction des autres clients du guesthouse (murs pas très épais). Sur deux nuits, l'une était calme mais l'autre un peu moins.

Points positifs : Nothing beats it for the price. It is very near the airport, with a shuttle, comfortable and clean bed. Although the bathroom/toilet is shared, it is clean, there are two available on the floor, and I did not see anyone else using it during my stay although I know there are other guests on the floor. The honesty store with drinks and snacks is a nice and useful addition to the amenities.

Points positifs : Good location for exploring Lisbon, and while the area has a reputation of being unsafe at night we had no dramas at all.

Points négatifs : Four rooms in apt. With only 2 bathrooms. When I booked I thought it would be a bigger place and a room with a bathroom in the room, not my kind of accommodation. They are very close together you can hear almost everything not private at all. Will be my first and last with this kind of facility.

Points positifs : I like that it’s very close to the airport and the oriente train station, its most convenient for me specially that the property also has pickup transportation services. also, sending my thanks to paula for her warm and welcoming presence.

Points positifs : Great place to stay arriving or departing from Lisbon airport. One could walk the distance, but we had a rental car and it was really easy to get there (5 minutes max). Super staff speak English and French in addition to Portuguese. The kitchen came in really handy because nearby restaurants were all closed (Sunday evening). There's a tuck shop, small grocery store, about 200 metres away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great Place to stay!
