Points négatifs : Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier).

Points positifs : The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t.
Points négatifs : The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all.

Points négatifs : I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

Points positifs : Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them.
Ground staff in Bangkok
Points positifs : Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting.
Points négatifs : My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me.

Points négatifs : Extremely rude and uncaring staff. I hate not being booked through with boarding passes. You have to wait in line at every stop, go through security and wait to get your ongoing boarding pass. The Scoot transfer people in Singapore are the most rude people I've ever met.

Points négatifs : The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Points positifs : There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that.

You get what you pay for
Points négatifs : Unfair policy of no outside food, treating its customers in a captive state; cabin is dirty with little cleaning work done. Won't fly if it were not cheap.
Could use an update of refreshments available.
Points positifs : Crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircraft was clean in the cabin and in good serviced condition. Check in Staff were efficient, friendly and professional.
Points négatifs : Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers.

Scoot are terrible
Points positifs : Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Points négatifs : They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.
Points positifs : The Staff were friendly and efficient, considering the flight time being very short.
The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job.
The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move.
Points négatifs : As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water.

Cramped, uncomfortable flight
Points négatifs : I didn't realise I was going to be in such a poor airline after booking through the Singapore Airlines website. There was hardly any space, food options were limited, there was no entertainment, they even charged for water! Equal worst airline with jetstar
TR302 is ok. only late 10mins. It uses gate F34 instead of tarmac

Les dimensions des bagages à main emportés en cabine par les voyageurs des classes économiques et ScootPlus ne peuvent pas dépasser 54 cm x 38 cm x 23 cm. Les passagers de la cabine économique peuvent transporter jusqu’à deux bagages à main d’un poids maximum de 10 kg, contre deux bagages à main d’un poids maximum 15 kg pour ceux qui choisissent la cabine ScootPlus.
