Points positifs : My Disney cruise got cancelled due to covid. And you guys wouldn’t give me credit or my money back like everyone else.

Points négatifs : Service and pick up was a disaster. It took me two hours to simply leave the garage provided their lack of organization.
Points négatifs : I was overcharged and no staff was helpful whatsoever, in person and over the phone. I will not use them again.

Points négatifs : Staff was horrible while dropping off. Didn’t want to help me when I had no Choice but to pull into the next drive way for returns because the gate for dollar/thrifty was blocked off because they were closed. The only guy around worked for budget I believe he told me to pull in and to park he would get someone to grab it when they arrive. Told me to take a picture of gas and mileage. Also to take keys to the 4th floor. I was trying to arrive early for a flight and after going up and down the escalator multiple times tryIng to figure out where to leave the keys . Not only am I sweating with all the luggage I also have a very sleepy 5 year old. At this point I’m panicking not knowing when I would finally see someone and I have 1 hr until my flight . Finally I see a guy and he doesn’t want to help and he wants me to figure out how to get the car out of the othe return line which the car is blocked in at this point . He is not giving me any idea what to do at this point and talked to me like I was stupid . I know where the car should be returned but if I’m too early and trying to make a flight, and the return lane is closed, what do I do? After trying to look for someone, I come back down and there is another guy . I pretty much broke down at this point trying not to explain to him and he just says give me the keys I will take care of it ! Don’t stress , and to take care of my baby. Luckily after running I was able to make my flight. If only the other guy had the same attitude.

Points positifs : The staff was friendly and responsive, and the car exceeded expectations.
Points négatifs : Wait times were large for both the counter and pickup. The pickup process was unclear; a simple sign would have helped. (Go to the counter and hand contract to an attendant. They will review and bring a car to you. - Simple, yes, but some other agencies have you go to an area and choose the car, and it seemed like this was the arrangement, or it was not; it was unclear because there were numberous customers just milling around.)
Points négatifs : Nice van for a fair price. DO buy the toll package in Miami.

Points positifs : I didn’t like, the staff is not friendly, I didn’t get the car, because I used the made a reservation a online credit card (security proposal) and when I tried to get the car I showed my physical credit card and the staff said can not rent the car for you, because you use a different credit card. I tried to explain to her, but she didn’t want to understand and see anything! Poor service and poor staff.
