Points positifs : Staff was very friendly although a bit distracted. The team at helped me with the selection of the cars were pleasant.

Points positifs : One, the staff was extremely helpful and nice, Ruben at the Miami desk was awesome and tried to save me some money. The man who picked up my car was also very helpful and efficient. The car was clean and had low mileage and I got to pick it out of row which I found both very helpful for my long drive and kinda fun.
Points négatifs : The price was not what the original booking was... plain and simple I ended up spending almost double what if originally said and actually the price went up when I arrived after driving 11 hours.

Points négatifs : They had no cars available of any kind despite my reservation. 10 other people in line had the same issue. Alamo didn’t care, did nothing about it, and didn’t offer any kind of compensation

Points positifs : I ease of picking up. The kiosk was simple, the gentleman at the front was very receptive and quick to help.
Points négatifs : The drop off was a nightmare. At drop off the guy couldn’t get my receipt to print, so he told me to go upstairs to talk to customers service. It looked like a really busy day, but the line was a mess. The person who was suppose to help me got caught up in a CS issue that was taking rally long. The other person managing the main line just told us to stay in line and wait for this person. Another CS rep helped the person in front of us, so I went to ask if someone else could help us because this one guy was again caught up in a really long CS issue. At that point the lady with blond curly hair at the counter started yelling “HE WAS FIRST. THERES A LINE.” Which, ok I get it, but I wasn’t talking about her. I just needed to figure out why the main customer service line has been turn over 3 times and I’m still in line. I needed to catch a flight and I was running out of time. Eventually a manager came over to help and informed me all I yo there for was a receipt. I wanted 20 minutes in a CS line for a receipt. Almost missed my flight for something that could have been emailed to me. Seemed like the manager got that it he wait was unnecessary and her credited me 50 bucks on my rental. That was a good end to a not so great experience. Thanks for that.

Points négatifs : We needed a manual. We got in a convertible with the top down and drove from Miami airport to the Keys. When we got to the resort we could not get the trunk open because there was an issue with getting the convertible top back up and the trunk would not open. The car instrument panel was was in Spanish. My husband spent an hour at least on the phone with a rep from Alamo. He finally figured it out. There should have been some type of instructions in the car since they can’t leave the manual in there because people steal them. E rented a convertible Chevy.

I was going on a long interstate drive and I was hoping to get a car with driving assistance like lane departure, cruise control, etc. The car did have it however when I had asked the staff at time of pick up, they didn't know
