Points positifs : EZ counter had no customer but said couldn't help me and sent me to Advantage counter where I had to wait behind 2 customers. When finally helped agent had difficulty finding my reservations and asked why I didnt go to EZ counter. Process took longer than past experiences renting cars from other rental companies. My personal car was in repair and I was not sure if may need extension on rental days. The agent advised they dont extend amd I would need to return rental and then start over in rental process. This did not make sense to me and would be an inconvenience. In past I have been able to extend my rental with other companies by simply calling amd requesting.
Points négatifs : As noted in my experience with EZ, I had some inconveniences that the company could have avoided.
Points négatifs : Even though i made a reservation, they put me on a 3 hour waiting list when I arrived to pick up the car.
I cancelled the reservation.
Points négatifs : Rented a convertible mustang and when time to pick up the person said that it's only for tourist Florida residents are not allowed to rent it, it didn't say in the website they won't refund my money so I lost $183 that I didn't even get to use the car

Points négatifs : Different staff who aren’t a bunch of lying rip-offs like the staff at the Ez rental located in Miami International Airport. Very lazy people and they will attempt to rip you off by adding things that you never asked for.
Points négatifs : they didn'r rent me the car because i'm a florida resident that needed a car able to fit 8 or more passengers
Points négatifs : The car was not ready at the reserved time, even one and half hour later, I had to rent from another car rental paying to much for it
Points négatifs : Counter was closed, sent to another counter. Told i couldn’t rent the car i reserved because i had Florida license. Mike -the counter employee didnt offer any options and mentioned they didn’t even have a full sized SUV available. Terrible customer service
Attempting to Scam and Upcharge Us
Points positifs : The customer service agent on the phone was ready to help us correct the awful service we received at the counter.
Points négatifs : The agent at the counter told us that the car we had reserved (mid-sized car) was not available, and told us our only options were to wait an undetermined amount of time for another one, or to pay an extra fee for an SUV. The agent was unwilling to find us a comparable car to what we booked. After contacting EZ’s customer customer service on the phone, we were informed that the counter agent was not allowed to upcharge us for a different vehicle based upon the fact that we had reserved a different one and that they “didn’t have it there at the time”. Oddly enough as soon as the agent at the counter realized I was on the phone with customer service, she suddenly had a mid-sized car available for us. When we went to get the keys from a different agent at the lot, we were told that they had had several mid-sized cars all day. Clearly the agent inside was trying to scam and upcharge us unecessarily. We will definitely not be renting from EZ-rent-a-car again.

Points positifs : Airplane was late by 1 hour. EZCAR gave away car, offered a pickup at higher cost. Will NOT use in future. Unfriendly counter staff.
Points positifs : Convenient pick up and drop off, very easy and non waited to pick up the car, reservation was very user friendly. Excellent customer service.
