ACE was a decent car rental company. Their “counter” agent set up was very weird as it was iPads set up on a booth that would process your rental and they two employees roaming around. We had to wait a little bit for the car as it was still being cleaned, despite arriving at our pickup time. I had reserved a mid size SUV which was not available and upgraded to a full size Durango with an onboard GPS which was wonderful for driving around the area. I was fortunate at ACE LAX to have dealt with their customer service agent named Herbert. He was very helpful in explain Ing the insurance options and getting me processed quickly. Flew from Las Vegas to LAX and the wait at the ACE counter to get my van was longer than than the plane ride. Also, you don't use the car rental shuttles with the other name brands, but a separate shuttle. I did save money, but time is also valuable, if I had to do it again, I wouldn't use them.Avis laissé le 20 août 2023
