Also a problem with boarding at HND where the overhead monitors show BIz but not First/Diamond. As some other reviews pointed out, BBC news just didn't work. CNN worked intermittently."

I said that is fine. Ten minutes later they said they would not let me board. I spent no less than 4 hours trying to get out of the airport-- waiting for visa and then through customs. Every Turkish airline desk took a long time and I was sent to at least 4 Turkish airlines desks. It is all a mess. So I am one day delayed in my arrival to my destination. This has been so frustrating!!!!!!!"

I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"
