The airplane was freezing the whole time, and the entertainment systems were glitchy. (They also weren't touch-screen, so there weren't any games.) The food was nice, and the crew was very helpful with answering questions and providing blankets (although I was still very cold, even with the blanket).

Liked Boarding went smoothly. Staff were adequate even during the current shortages. Needs improvement Selected aisle seats - got stuck in middle rows. Food options were edible. International flight in economy charging for alcohol. Need more bathrooms.

Awful. Worse airline

2.5hr wait for baggage

Good service, on-time arrival, enough space for laggage.

First time with Aer lingus, excellent job. Recommended ;)

Points négatifs : "The airline lied to us and told us the flight was cancelled when in fact it wasn't. It was the connecting flight was overbooked from Dublin to Boston, and because it was they decided to pull us continuing on to Boston out of line and left us stranded in Berlin. They initially gave us the excuse it was cancelled but in fact it took off fine. We 10 people had to then wait 2+ hours in line trying to find alternative flights to get home. The 1 person behind the desk was slow and didn't actually complete the paper work properly. She had attempted to book me on a passage on British Airways but didn't do the paperwork correctly. I reported to the British Airways desk and found that she hadn't in fact done anything. It was to the British Airways person who actually got me home properly and safely. I would not recommend them any more to anyone. They didn't reimburse me, they didn't even attempt to tell me the truth, they didn't even do their job correctly. I recommend to others to fly a different airline."

Once landed the luggage pick-up took almost an hour. Then, I had to to take a bus and two trains to get to a hotel in Gatwick. The whole experience was horrible."

It’s supposed to be a carryon and a purse or hand bag/backpack and they wanted to charge me €60 for it. They gave me a really hard time and they allowed others to have both items but they would not allow me because he felt that my bag would not fit inside my carryon. Very disappointed and flight was very late."

Making it a 120 euro more than it should have been. They also pretended not to speak English when we tried to talk to them about payment even though they spoke perfect English when they told us the cabin overheads were full. Will definitely be contacting kayak about this."
