They sent us from one end of the airport to the other and made us wait in 4 different lines before sending us to the next one. Our baggage arrived opened and taped closed and had been rifled through. My 90 year old mother almost collapsed because wheelchairs in LAX and in Istanbul never arrived."

I also appreciated the video regarding in-seat stretching exercises, which were particularly helpful on a long flight. It was nice to board from both the the back and the front of the plane."

The passenger behind us was trying to sleep and complained to the crew about our shade being up even though she was not wearing the eye covers the crew had given everyone. The crew asked us (politely) more than once to put the shade down, but the electric light was not sufficient for our reading. I don't fault the crew for trying to accommodate an unhappy passenger, but it was an imposition on us as well."

Points positifs : "I' not sure which flight this relates to. I've taken economy and business class and clearly the business class is better but economy is fine. The crew were good in both classes and whilst the food in business was better I didn't have a problem in economy either."

At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha."

Cup holder was good for nothing, i tried to put my soft drink bottle in it and it slipped right out the bottom and when I tried to put a cup of water in it supplied by the crew it wouldn't fit! When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat."

I'm familiar with Launceston airport so it was okay, but for someone not familiar, especially an international visitor, it would have been confusing as to which flight was which especially as no announcement or visual display was given that our flight was running late."

There was no plane for people to board Abu Dhabi and were left stranded. Thankfully the airport staff re-booked everyone immediately and dealt with the situation efficiently in a professional way. I was delayed by at least 8 hours. There was no email from Etihad about the canceled flight or an apology. It was a bit disappointing given that they are my favorite airline."

I think even Air India may have newer and many more movie choices than this air line. I flew my sick father with Catheter business class but the restrooms in the business class were same small pigeon hole size. We could not even fit inside to empty out the bag. Don't buy business thinking of the luxury of space. It is a myth."

My wife and I have the carry on bags, with which we boarded multiple domestic and international flights and never got a complaint from any carrier, but to my surprise, etihad staff mentioned that my bang is over sized in length and width and I need to check in. And second complaint is on Food. We selected Hindu meal, and the food was not good in taste and the options as well. We felt Air India, Qatar, emirates, Cathe Pacefic etc were better comparatively than Etihad. Staff were all good and supportive all the time."

I put them safely on the plane in Chicago, and their Dad flew to Abu Dhabi to meet them when they got off the plane and fly together to Kuwait. On the return flight they fly to Abu Dhabi with no problem. Then, they try to board their connecting flight to Chicago, and they tell my kids they overbooked the flight and they can't travel for at lest 2 more days. If they had to remove someone from the plane, how in the hell do they choose a 14 and 15 year old traveling alone to stay in Abu Dhabi for 2 full days! I'm livid!"

It was first delayed to 8:50 p.m. Then further delayed to 10:00 p.m. Plane left Casablanca much later than 10:00 p.m. which caused a very late arrival to IAD airport, 2:30 a.m. Boarding was a disaster. Stayed in line for over an hour not knowing if the plane was going to take off from Casablanca. No water was distributed and no communication was shared with the passengers until the crew announced boarding."

First person told me my ticket is not business class, without even hearing out what the problem is. Second person told me to go to another counter. When I went there, the third person told me they only process passengers flying to Russia, again refusing to listen to what I have to say, and then direct me back to the second person. After that, second person confirmed that the 3rd person is responsible. So I went back, the third person finally decided to listen and told me to wait for their supervisor. I stood there for 40 minutes. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional."

We arrived at airport 2.5 hours ahead of take-off and the plane was loading by the time we got to the gate."

Then we get told that they were going to bus us to a larger airport that was THREE hours away. We where told that when we arrive at this airport that there would be hotel accommodations for us and that the agents there will make arrangements for thise with a connecting flight. It was all lies. We arrive at the airport after riding a 2-star bus for three hours inly to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about and that no one told them we where coming. Then we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in the whole city (lie) and that all of the available cars to take us to an available hotel where in another city (another lie). On top of that, if you missed a connecting flight on a different airline, you where screwed. I had to buy a whole new ticket just to get home. It was insane!!! So basically a plane full of people were jerked around and lied to by every employee of this airport that we met. Completely disgusting. If you can avoid it, never ever fly Royal Air Maroc."

J’ai été d’autant plus énervée que je savais par avance que la machine ne pourrait pas me délivrer ma carter d’embarquement, car j’ai un visa qui bloque toujours l’enregistrement en ligne et aux machines. L’employé du comptoir n’a rien voulu entendre et m’a fait perdre mon temps."

Points négatifs : "About everything else. The boarding process was chaotic, slow, and lacked any sort of communication. No one was queuing properly and the airline staff failed to address this or even announce we were boarding! Had to bus there and this was slow and tedious. Had the same problem with queuing once at the plane. Flight was delayed and this was not mentioned or apologized for at all. The seats were jammed in and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were disgusting and not checked by staff. Landing was barely announced. Just an awful airline all around. Won’t book with them again if I can help it!"

Points négatifs : "There were a group of Moroccan young adults (both genders) that were allowed to pass around a bottle of whiskey and became very intoxicated, loud, rude, vulgar, disturbing other travelers. This continues the entire flight (one didn't even put his seatbelt on during landing and crashed in front of his seat). I felt very unsafe as no crew member tried to talk to them. There was no sense of security or safety."
