I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."

Points négatifs : "I contacted Turkish Airlines 4x times before my flight to learn how to deal with excess medical baggage, mobility assistance, and meal assistance. The Customer Call Center claimed to have made all of my necessary reservation updates for all of my special meal, medical, and mobility assistance needs. They did not! When I arrived at Check-In, there were no notes about any of my requests, nor services prepared to facilitate them. I spent over 30-45 minutes escalating the situation to the Shift Manager who had to contact the central call center and her own manager, just to find out what to do about medical baggage, what's permitted, etc. I was embarrassed for their employees, who not only didn't know their own company policy on the matter, nor were they aware of the industry standard. After much arguing, yelling and threats, the Check-In desk agents finally allowed my excess medical baggage and equipment without extra charge. I still received no mobility assistance to begin my travel after Check-In to my departure gate, nor were they prepared to offer this to me in Istanbul. Again, after a long wait, much yelling, screaming, and arguing, I was finally provided mobility assistance just in time for my flight. I almost missed my flight due to Turkish Airlines not putting my request in the system, nor caring enough about the traveler to do so at Check-In. When I arrived in Belgrade, 3x pieces of my luggage were destroyed and unusable again, medical equipment was damaged, and I filed a claim with Turkish Airlines. They tried every way possible not to pay, but finally offered a meager claim, nothing close to what it cost for the damage caused or to repair or replacement the destroyed luggage or medical equipment. Turkish Airlines is the Grey Hound of travel, sure they might be large, offer many itineraries and frequent travel, but their quality, customer service and professionalism leave them amongst the bottom feeders, still 3rd world in mentality, form and function. No honor, no integrity, no class. No reason to ever fly with Turkish again, and I'm happy to tell everyone I know not to fly with them!"

They will pump you off a flight that you purchased because they are over booked and expect you to be ok with it. No customer service at all."

There was no consideration for my second leg/segment, which I missed due to the schedule change, and it was the only flight of the day. It took them 2 hours to tell me if they would book me on another airline to try to make my connection, and by then it was too late. They tried to not give me a hotel room because it was a "technical" delay, and only after I showed them the email I received that it was a "schedule change" did they give me a hotel. They also didnt offer food vouchers for the 3+ hr delay until the airport restaurant asked FOR us. I was so frustrated by the lack of caring that I bought my own one way ticket home on another airline."

My inbound flight on Etihad was late arriving, which didn't leave me much time to process through immigration and make my flight, so when I missed my connection, I was forced to pay a "service fee" to get a ticket on the next flight. When I complained that it was not my fault due to my other flight being delayed and a long wait to get my visa, the agent replied "this isn't MY fault either!" This airline does not understand that every agent is a representative of their company- horrible service. Then after my trip, Precision Air I changed my outbound flight so it arrived 2 hours AFTER the next leg of my trip departed! They sent an email at midnight saying my flight had changed, but didn't bother to notice that this change would result in me missing my connection by over 2 hours. As there is only 1 flight a day on the other airline, I was forced to either be delayed by a full day, or purchase a one-way ticket on another airline to get home. I had a very important meeting the next day, so I was forced to spend an extra $350 on another airline to make it home. Precision Air is a horrible airline and I would NEVER fly with them again."

When I went to rectify the problem she gave me another seat but again didn't check and that was also occupied. Clearly there was no computerized system helping them to book in the flight: a bit ridiculous in this day and age. After all of that, our flight was cancelled and we had horrible aftercare experience. We were told we would get a refund but still nothing has come of that."

Points négatifs : "Our flight was canceled and we were put on a later flight which was a cheaper flight... they gave us zero compensation. So we paid a higher fare for a later flight. Absolutely ridiculous. We will be contacting constomer care to get a refund of the difference for our flights."

Points négatifs : "I will never use Precision Air! They are absolutely horrible!!! A group of friends I was traveling with missed our flight even though we were in line 40 minutes early. When the agents finally came to the counter, they said I missed my flight and they weren't going to do anything. After some convincing, Fatmeh finally listened to us and took pity on us and helped us out! She was absolutely amazing! Other than Fatmeh in Dar Es Salaam, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this airline!"
Points négatifs : "I had to change my flight due to electrical issues within the airport of Zanzibar which made my wife and I miss our flight. We were not reimbursed the lost money since there was no customer service number to call to reschedule the flight. We were left with no choice but to purchase new flight tickets once the electrical problem was corrected."

When I received the suitcase, over $1000 in equipment was stolen , suitcase was all scrambled...I WAS ROBBED ! ...then on the return flight to HOUSTON, they lost my suitcase again ! W.T.F ?! No one has called me to apologize for anything ! I expect to be reimbursed for my loses, or I will sue the airline."
Points négatifs : "Terrible service and semi abusive conditions at the Kilimanjaro airport when we asked about our luggage. My husband was harrassed about his passport while we waited in line for the luggage claim and then once we finally go through they have no luggage delivery so we had to pay $200 for a taxi to bring it to our hotel."
Points négatifs : "We arrived at the counter only to be told that we needed a ticket number even though we had the confirmation number. We showed them the email itinerary that was sent to us by precision air. Not enough. They told us to go to the sales counter which was outside. They were of no help. We had go through security to come in again. This was all handled by Kenyan airlines. There was no representative of precision air present. Finally they made a phone call and got the conf number. Why didn't they do it to begin with. The lady was very uncooperative."

Although we had assigned seats, we were just told to sit anywhere. Also, the plane was sweltering hot, and the air blowers did not work. Again, probably the only option for our route, but not a very good one."
