Points négatifs : "After missing our connecting flight in Istanbul on our Turkish Airlines flight on January 9th from LAX-Addis Ababa (due to a nearly 45 minute delayed flight), my sister and I had to spend 24 hours in Istanbul and still pay for a night in our 4 star hotel in Addis, despite the fact that we weren't there. So, in preparation for our flight back to LAX, I spent hours on the phone with a Turkish Airlines representative to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight on the way back to LAX on January 29 (Jomo Kenyatta-IST-LAX). The TA representative spoke very little English and became incredibly frustrated with me when I expressed my concern about how closely scheduled our connecting flights in Istanbul were. The representative said she could "help us" by seating us at the back of the plane from Jomo Kenyatta-IST, as she was "mostly sure" that our plane would deboard from the back of the plane once we arrived in Istanbul and, in theory, we wouldn't have to wait behind all the other customers to exit. This was totally incorrect: our plane only deboarded from the front exit door and the seats she selected at the back would surely have caused us to miss our next flight were it not for the fact that the plane wasn't full and we arrived only a few minutes late. Still, by the time we got off the plane in IST, our connecting flight was already 15 minutes into boarding. We showed the TA attendants our boarding passes at the long security line, and at first they both said, "don't worry, it will be fine". I had to convince them to let us skip the line as we would clearly have missed our flight. Once we finally made it through security we ran through the ENTIRE Istanbul airport to get to our gate, as we could hear them calling the final boarding call for our flight to LAX. We literally ran as fast as we could for almost 20 minutes straight, with all of our bags, which ended up being over a mile, I would guess. When we got to our gate, we had to go through yet another security line - WHY??? Apparently there was a celebrity in front of us, and while we were sweating and nervous about missing our flight, the security agents were taking selfies with the celebrity. It was insulting and rude and totally unprofessional. The take away for me is that Turkish Airlines should NOT be allowed to sell flights to people that give them less than an hour to make international connecting, especially in an airport as large and disorganized as Istanbul, and especially when Turkish Airlines flights are often late or delayed. This was one of the most stressful flying experiences of my life."

I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

In this case, we were delayed for 2 hours, arrive to Nairobi and am at the gate 15 mins before and they sent me to customer service as the gate had just closed. More than 5 other people on the flight missed this common connection as well. Not only did KQ not have a system in place to work with other flights, the service area was completely swamped. People missed their connections because they couldn't get to the front in time to have a boarding pass printed or have a question answered. The staff were rude and didn't give eye contact or answer questions."

ET flights are hot Al’s uncomfortable: the air is typically not on and you feel like cattle. With boarding delays, asking repeatedly for water gets ignored and with the heat, it’s a very unpleasant experience. The food is starchy with the salad as couscous; more starch not a salad. The drinks are a good variety, however.

La prestation des hôtesses étaient bien. Mais le respect des sièges doit être suivi

Les numéros n'était pas correct nous avons pas plus embarqué et impossible de vous joindre par mailsou téléphone, mais encaissé l'argent aucun soucis😡😡

L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

There was no consideration for my second leg/segment, which I missed due to the schedule change, and it was the only flight of the day. It took them 2 hours to tell me if they would book me on another airline to try to make my connection, and by then it was too late. They tried to not give me a hotel room because it was a "technical" delay, and only after I showed them the email I received that it was a "schedule change" did they give me a hotel. They also didnt offer food vouchers for the 3+ hr delay until the airport restaurant asked FOR us. I was so frustrated by the lack of caring that I bought my own one way ticket home on another airline."

Points négatifs : "Precision Air is awful and should be ashamed of their "customer service". My inbound flight on Etihad was late arriving, which didn't leave me much time to process through immigration and make my flight, so when I missed my connection, I was forced to pay a "service fee" to get a ticket on the next flight. When I complained that it was not my fault due to my other flight being delayed and a long wait to get my visa, the agent replied "this isn't MY fault either!" This airline does not understand that every agent is a representative of their company- horrible service. Then after my trip, Precision Air I changed my outbound flight so it arrived 2 hours AFTER the next leg of my trip departed! They sent an email at midnight saying my flight had changed, but didn't bother to notice that this change would result in me missing my connection by over 2 hours. As there is only 1 flight a day on the other airline, I was forced to either be delayed by a full day, or purchase a one-way ticket on another airline to get home. I had a very important meeting the next day, so I was forced to spend an extra $350 on another airline to make it home. Precision Air is a horrible airline and I would NEVER fly with them again."

Apparently their flights off Nairobi are manned by KQ (another bogus airline!) and had no one in charge at the airport to set the right expectations leave alone care what we thought or expressed."

When I went to rectify the problem she gave me another seat but again didn't check and that was also occupied. Clearly there was no computerized system helping them to book in the flight: a bit ridiculous in this day and age. After all of that, our flight was cancelled and we had horrible aftercare experience. We were told we would get a refund but still nothing has come of that."

When the agents finally came to the counter, they said I missed my flight and they weren't going to do anything. After some convincing, Fatmeh finally listened to us and took pity on us and helped us out! She was absolutely amazing! Other than Fatmeh in Dar Es Salaam, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this airline!"

We were not reimbursed the lost money since there was no customer service number to call to reschedule the flight. We were left with no choice but to purchase new flight tickets once the electrical problem was corrected."

No one has called me to apologize for anything ! I expect to be reimbursed for my loses, or I will sue the airline."

My husband was harrassed about his passport while we waited in line for the luggage claim and then once we finally go through they have no luggage delivery so we had to pay $200 for a taxi to bring it to our hotel."

We showed them the email itinerary that was sent to us by precision air. Not enough. They told us to go to the sales counter which was outside. They were of no help. We had go through security to come in again. This was all handled by Kenyan airlines. There was no representative of precision air present. Finally they made a phone call and got the conf number. Why didn't they do it to begin with. The lady was very uncooperative."

Although we had assigned seats, we were just told to sit anywhere. Also, the plane was sweltering hot, and the air blowers did not work. Again, probably the only option for our route, but not a very good one."
