Great flight and crew.

There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.

It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others."

My flight got cancelled several times, I booked my flight through Fly. us, that was throughly KAYAK engine, I regret my decision to do that, because fly. Us has horrible service no communication what do ever, I contacted them, called them several time but no response so far, I called airline they said they will refund to fly. Us if they request but after 1 week and half no response from them. Please only use direct airline sites during COVID times because flight cancellations is very common during COVID time, so that you guys can avoid trouble of middle man.

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

More separation/ privacy between the two seats as I was travelling alone ; separate compartment maybe as I was travelling business .

The crew was extremely attentive. Food presentation and quality was excellent. Very comfortable seating and sleep accommodations (business class) I would definitely fly Turkish Air again.

Best hospitality and cheerful staff so far, made the long trip soo much better. equipment a bit old and hard to use controls slow and archaic needs much overdue update, food selection was good, great hospitality probably fly with again

I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Queue énorme au contrôle et 1h30 de retard pour le départ

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. Points négatifs : "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."
