Points positifs : "Love flying Turkish, usually they’re very welcoming on the plane and flight attendants are friendly. Seats convert into a lay flat bed which is comfortable. i would say that the appetizers are usually excellent but the main dishes fall a bit behind. Amenity kit is pretty good."

One has to go through many additional checks to board a NY bound flight which is understood but the gates can’t sccomod a full 777 flight. It gets hot really fast, definitely what you don’t need before a long flight. Group boarding is enforced but people will still try to wiggle into the priority boarding line. On another note I have had a similar flight on the A330 and the boarding process was smooth (organized)."

But not only that, there was a passenger seated in the middle seat who was not well and she kept feeling nausea and wanting help but the crew did not know what else to do having asked if there was a doctor on board. But they were not very gentle with her in their responses. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the fact that she was a muslim dressed in traditional gear."

Points positifs : "I have to say that I flew with different companies in my life, Turkish surprised me with the extra luggage and the quantity of food ( I am vegan and they gave me 2 yummy vegan meals). Also the sear were more comfortable than I expected"
Points négatifs : "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

I could not get a flight home without buying another flight. They refused to put me on the next flight out without me purchasing it. I will never fly them again. Now they don't want to reimburse me for my flight I missed without an $800 penalty. Ridiculous!"

The crew to abu Dhabi was Ok but I had the worst experience ever on the flight to Ahmedabad. I actually got yelled at by an air hostess because I accomodated an elderly couple to sit togather and I sat on next seat over. Not a common sense airline. The Abu Dhabi airport was hot as hell. Yes, inside the airport terminal was super hot, close to 90 degrees.... Emirates is far superior Airline than this."

Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. They came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks and ensured we had the most comfortable flight possible. I thought the entertainment choices were excellent and really provided a wide array of genres and a unique multicultural assortment. Meals were very good, served in generous portions, and having a vegetarian diet I was happy to be so easily accommodated.
