Points négatifs : We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.

Points positifs : The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Points négatifs : Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand

Seat assignments can never guarantee." This is what they emailed me when they did that to me on my pre-selected & confirmed seats!!
Points positifs : No one gave me food. I pressed the button to request services, and had to wait for two hours until someone finally came and get me a drink (the flight was about 3 hours long). This was the worst flight experience that I ever had. Very bad.

Points négatifs : Plane was placed far away in the airfield. Buses were taking people and were waiting to be filled. Doors of busses were open, it was cold outside. Priority and non-priority were waiting in the buses outside. Long ride through the field , letting taking off plane to go first. Bus by bus was bringing new portions of passengers. Plane departed late.

Points négatifs : The seats were pretty comfortable for economy seats but still could have been a bit more comfortable. The standard leg room could be increased as well as overhead storage

Points négatifs : The boarding process is so poorly organized : very very long lines, just a couple of gates for security. The worst I have ever seen is at the Frankfurt airport. It is so bad that I swear I would never fly Lufthansa again. Talking about German efficiency ... nil .

Finally, my hand carry was checked 4 times by 4 different people, which means your staff doesn’t trust their own colleagues.

Points négatifs : This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.

Points négatifs : I didn’t realize that Chinese transit visa is needed to transfer at Xiamen airport. When I bought the tickets, I wasn’t notified nor advised to get the Chinese visa. The Xiamen rep at Lax didn’t let me board first and I explained and they gave me the visa waiver paperwork. It was so much of hassle. I’ve laid over many Chinese cities via different airlines and never had any problems. Will not fly again on Xiamen!!

Points positifs : 1. All flights were on time. 2. The aircrafts were clean and tidy. 3. The choice of entertainment was plentiful. 4. Possibility to connect to internet provided on outbound leg, not on inbound.

The "official" transit time was one hour, but passengers were made to wait while the business class disembarked, reducing actual transit time to 30 mins. Considering distance to departing gate, and security checks, this was stressful.
