The seats in Economy Premium are OK, nice pitch and width : 2+4+2, instead of 3+3+3 in Economy."

This is OK for short people with short legs, like average Vietnamese customers. It is a pain for taller people with longer legs. It takes a lot of strength to push the footrest into its former position. In my seat, two attendants came to my help and could not do it. Something apparently was broken. I spent 13 miserable hours without being able to find a comfortable position for my legs. I strongly suggest to Vietnam Airlines get rid of the footrests altogether, or find an easy-to-manage model."

Very appreciative for that, and appreciative for their sternness with those customers who were trying to slip in in front of us."

Seem we stayed on the tar mac for a while flying out and flying in Ho Chi which, the air movement in the cabin was not that great at all and little stuffy and warm. One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

Cons: workers know little English compared to ANA from checking in to the flight attendants. I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

Points positifs : "On its Airbus A 350 Vietnam Airlines recently introduced a new arrangement for the Premium Economy Section. This is the only aircraft used on the SGN-CDG line. Before they had a lay-out of 3-3-3 seats across, strictly identical with the Economy section. It is now 2-4-2, giving some more space to sit comfortably. All seats have now a fixed separation, with the possibility of placing a glass or other small objects on top of it; they look like a smaller version of the old Business Class seats. In the first row the design of the fold-up screens has been improved. Previously some invaded the personal space of the neighbour, as I had experienced last October (my knee still remembers it). Well done. Prem Economy is worth the difference in pricing."

Most of it was sent back as waste, because so many passengers (e.g. French) are accustomed to a minimalist continental breakfast. All this lavishness has disappeared now. While I understand the reason why, I wonder why they also eliminated the small portion of jam or jelly. Only butter is available to spread (spread?) on the tiny bun. It would be a nice touch to have also some jelly. Also during the night shift they used to offer some nice sandwiches to sleepless passengers. Now only pots of instant noodles are offered on demand. These pots are not well adapted for European passengers."

We landed and had four minutes to catch the flt. Vietnam Air was there to guide us to the international terminal and rushed us to the plane. It took 20 minutes but they held the plane for us and we made it to Cambodia. Our luggage arrived the next day which was ok, at least we got there. Thank you Vietnam Airlines!"

They even told me I couldn't have more than one green salad because "only one per person." Thanks! In addition, the planes were old. Business was not nearly as comfortable as some other airlines. The entertainment was very bad -- the longer flight had very little Western, Korean, or Japanese entertainment. The shorter flight (Even in business class) had no personal entertainment at all! Will not fly with Vietnam again..."

Points positifs : "The aircraft is the new 787 Dreamliner and this was the first time I've ridden in one. Vietnam Airlines did a great job buying this thing for their long haul flights. It has more legroom, better seat comfort, better power points and entertainment than just about every other carrier right now. Plus the Dreamliner puts some humidity in the air while you're flying and I very clearly noticed that my sinuses weren't sore after a 12 hour flight like they usually would be. In fact, I would say that I never sleep on a flight due to being uncomfortable, and this flight on the 787 I slept for 7-8 hours both ways to and from Europe. Arriving with a clear head and no sinus pain was a welcome change to be sure! Food was very good going to Germany and a little less good, but still ok coming back. I think that is because the Vietnamese food services do a better job supplying aircraft than the German ones do. Overall a great experience and one I would love to do again! I am a frequent flyer with time flying all around the world, including in the front of the plane as the pilot."

Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"
