Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Points positifs : "Upstairs deck for economy is a small space but is relatively quiet. Boarding was relatively quick through electronic gates where you scan your boarding card. Flight attendant was very personable. She was checking some passenger names as some seemed to have switched seats and remembered mine for the rest of the flight. Something you usually get in business class but a first for me in economy. They also came around several times during the flight with water/juice, and snacks. Entertainment was ok. A mixture of newer movies available."
Points négatifs : "Like all economy seating not much space especially when the person in front reclines their seat. This makes getting in and out of the seat a little difficult. Food a bit limited. 2 main meals for this flight (lunch/dinner) - chicken or pasta for the first one and beef or pasta (again) for the pre-landing meal. Also the attendant didn’t know the translation of the pasta dish from German to English so that was a bit disappointing. One thing to note. I flew Hamburg to Frankfurt to connect to the San Francisco flight with a 1 hour layover. You need to go through passport control in FRA and then I hustled to get to the gate. They were boarding as I arrived but maybe 10 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. No issues with the airline just a cautionary note on the layover time. I would likely book an earlier connecting flight to give a bit more time."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

A l’heure où tout est informatisé, tracké, les aéroports sont censés être des endroits sécurisés.. Mais on arrive malgré tout à perdre une valise dans la nature...! Aucun professionnalisme, on nous ballade de services en services sans aucunes informations ni renseignements susceptibles de nous rassurer. Je suis très déçu, voyage de retour gâché par la faute de ces deux compagnies plus a même d’encaisser l’argent des clients que de se soucier d’eux."

Points négatifs : "Les changements de porte et l’annulation du vol précédent m’ont fait raté l’avion car les informations sont arrivées tardivement. Ceci a comme conséquence de partir à 21:40 (mais aussi avec retard), avoir raté mon train et devoir annuler mon taxi. Ma famille a dû se déplacer depuis Royan pour ne récupérer. Regrettable!"

Points négatifs : "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Points négatifs : "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Vérification minutieuse de l'ensemble des poids des bagages à main (qui étaient tous conformes) pour un vol intérieur d'une heure... A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Points négatifs : "The seats are extremely restrictive and in a aisle seat I had the gentleman sitting next to me with thighs touching and attendants brushing by me as I squished to left to avoid contact with him. Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can."

They took forever to let us know what was going on. Everything else went well. I just wished they had kept us appraised on a more timely manner and had done something to control the temperature of the plane."

The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"

Points négatifs : "There were delays at Heathrow due to fog. Rather then backing up all planes by an hour or so, BA gave our plane away. We experienced a 6 plus hour delay. So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Points négatifs : "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

Points négatifs : "For the first time ever an airline lost my luggage. I fly several times a year and thus was my firat time flying Iberia. What a headache and inconvenience."

I was put on another flight out of LGA upon arrival but was not given a travel voucher even though I was told tmi had one in my envelope. Trying to get someone to issue a voucher almost made me miss my new connection."
