The staff were very friendly. Love the legroom space even in economy. Staff were friendly and onboard entertainment has a lot of good choices!

The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.

It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

Both flights SIN<-->MAN had very cold cabins. Why does it have to be very cold?

Points positifs : "It's not the cheapest way to fly but it's a great way to cross the Atlantic. Seats are big enough for 2, really. Lay flat beds make the night crossing east tolerable. You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

This craft had touch screen monitors that worked well. I was able to use my own ear buds by pulling the jack out part way."

At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

Flying business expected some service but had nothing and they smiled and said they rebooked me 16 days later. Other airlines would book you on different carriers but not PAL. Last time no matter what special deal they offer."

Points négatifs : "My business class seat was the bulk head seat. I paid dearly for this ticket and was scheduled to do business in Sydney when we landed. Having both the bathroom and food prep just beside the bulk head seat means that the staff needs to mandate a quite environment so that those persons in those seats can sleep. The staff fraternized with the passenger and I was unable to sleep. I should have been warned about this seat selection. Also the curtain that separates the areas should provide more sound proofing ability. Devastated upon arrival. This was one of my worst Qantas experiences."

Points positifs : "Qantas provides a nice welcome when your board domestic flights in Australia like the one we took today between Brisbane and Sydney not just on their international flights. They greet you when you board, don't feel like a number like domestic flights in the USA be it American, Delta, United, or one of the others. They provide free premier movie access, serve a nice warm meal and drink, and make you feel welcomed - Keep up the great work Qantas, you could give the USA airlines lessons on how to treat passengers."

I liked the service of the crew and the chk in staff. Crew should insist on putting the mask for the passengers.

Business class - dificult to get out of front facing seat to get to the aisle. No handholds etc. The seat in lay flat position can be a little wider so arms don't get scrunched when laying on back - I am not very big at all. The food tray needs to be able to be adjusted closer to passenger while eating.

COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE.
