No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Flight attendant was very personable. She was checking some passenger names as some seemed to have switched seats and remembered mine for the rest of the flight. Something you usually get in business class but a first for me in economy. They also came around several times during the flight with water/juice, and snacks. Entertainment was ok. A mixture of newer movies available."
Points négatifs : "Like all economy seating not much space especially when the person in front reclines their seat. This makes getting in and out of the seat a little difficult. Food a bit limited. 2 main meals for this flight (lunch/dinner) - chicken or pasta for the first one and beef or pasta (again) for the pre-landing meal. Also the attendant didn’t know the translation of the pasta dish from German to English so that was a bit disappointing. One thing to note. I flew Hamburg to Frankfurt to connect to the San Francisco flight with a 1 hour layover. You need to go through passport control in FRA and then I hustled to get to the gate. They were boarding as I arrived but maybe 10 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. No issues with the airline just a cautionary note on the layover time. I would likely book an earlier connecting flight to give a bit more time."

(it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. And I'm extremely disappointed. At the end, after maybe 20 minutes (which seems like forever) they let us check in the baggage we had."

Driver was all red and close to fainting. Pity, I was looking forward seeing one of the big managers coming next to us to enjoy the Tarom experience...!"

This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Points positifs : "I went from Belgrade to WAW and then to Chicago. The flight from Belgrade was delayed by almost two hrs which made out flight to Chicago delyed as well. This was my first time flying with LOT and so far so good. I think the flights from WAW are delayed bcz of the other flights coming into WAW are delyed and since there are only one international flight a day they wait for these flights to arrive so they can take off. This is what happened in my case. The crew was very nice. I traveled with two small children and they were very helpful. I would def flight with LOT again"

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Points négatifs : "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Points négatifs : "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"
