It is offensive that such a biased newspaper is on offer, when there are other Chinese newspaper with a more neutral stand. Cathy has been viewed as a sympathiser of “yellow” rioters because of its involvement by management n crew. Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts."

I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"

There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided."

Even the othe security people at the gate were trying to push her along. Most of the people getting on this flight had a short layover time. Escape ially with the previous flight being late."

Ethiopian Air wouldn't check my luggage to my final destination, so in Dubai, for a 3 hour layover, I had to go through immigration, exchange money, and take a taxi for 30 minutes through rush-hour traffic to a different terminal. That is ridiculous. Don't sell it as one ticket if the two airlines won't cooperate together."

Points négatifs : "From prior reviews I knew enough to allow nearly four hours to make the change from domestic (Bali to Jakarta) to international (Jakarta to Tokyo) upon arrival in the Jakarta airport. Good thing! Our early evening Bali flight was delayed by almost an hour; more importantly, the bus-to-arrival, baggage claim, bus-to-international terminal-with-luggage took nearly ninety minutes to figure out and execute (not AirAsia's fault, obviously, but still a planning issue). Adding the long walk from check-in to gate and the immigration process meant in the end we made our connection with less than thirty minutes to spare. Otherwise the flight was fine. No complaints about the ticket price either."

Points négatifs : "They sell the tickets so cheap but lots of hidden charges I checked online on their website the baggage allwanc and it was from Bali to Jakarta 15kg and any extra weight up to 30 kg you pay 20 usd more by the time I arrived there they wanted to charge me 120 usd for my bags .agents at the counter were rude and they sent me to Air Asia office in the Airport where the agents there were even more rude and the lady was just screaming at me and pointing in my face with her finger and she never even offered any solution and she mentioned that the charge is mentioned online .I asked her to show me as I had a screen shot for the Web page but instead she was still shouting and pointing at me . Finally one agent at the counter informed me that I'm allowed to have two handbags so I can remove some staff from my suite case and carry them as handbag which was never mentioned before from any other agent .and this 120 usd were never mentioned on the website as I'm an airline staff as well and I know how to read terms and conditions. Above all I tried to write feedback online guess what !? They don't have this option. First and last time I fly with this cheap airline I'm not willing to pay money to get insulted"
