Points négatifs : No me gusto el hecho de tener que hacer check in y no haberlo hecho y que la penalizacion sea tan alta...esto es un robo juegan con la necesidad de las personas y se aprovechan de ella, no vuelvo a viajar con ryanair es demasiado complicado andar imprimiendo tickets cuando uno anda de viaje en lugares que no conoce y tener que andarse preocupando por ello, hay otras lineas areas de bajo costo que no hacen lo mismo y son mucho mas comodas

Voilà 5 jours que je tente en vain de faire le check in de mon vol retour (celui du vol aller ayant été fait en ligne) et que je ne peux pas accéder a la moindre carte d’embarquement. J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ...

Tout se paie chez Ryanair. 35 euros de bagages à payer une fois à l'aéroport. En effet impossible de se connecter en ligne sur l'espace privé ryanair 48 heures avant pour ajouter un bagage. Bien décevant. Nous avons été contraints de prendre une très grosse marge de sécurité pour l'aéroport.. 3h30 au lieu de 2h. En effet, le standard par téléphone nous a gentiment expliqué qu'il était impossible d'ajouter des bagages à moins de deux heures de l'heure du vol.

Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. Points positifs : Des heures passé à essayer de trouver une façon d'aanuler les billets. Tout est fait pour renvoyer vers les sites internet qui ne permette pas d'annuler un billet pour trois personnes. Terminer les réservation par internet, c'est une belle anarque commerciale. Je partage cette expérience sur les réseaux sociaux avec 23000 followers, je ne suis pas le seul. Nous ferons remonter cela bientôt.
