The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."

The flight attendant told us to fit our purses in our backpacks. We ended up paying for a checked baggage. Even with one carry on, we were not able to put it in the overhead compartment and we just placed it under the seat. We did not mind paying but we wished that the rule is applied consistently."

But the airline closed boarding a half hour before the flight time on the ticket. We and others were then not allowed on the flight despite the fact that screens at the gate still said "boarding". When we tried to reschedule the Easy Jet information desk quoted us prices significantly higher than those we found online on our phones at the same time. We had to buy all new tickets spend the entire day in the airport and were fined by our hotel for late check in. Huge loss of money and waste of time. AVOID THIS AIRLINE!"

There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."

Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."

Les repas, vendu à des tarifs trop élevés sont immondes. Il faut vraiment avoir faimpiur avaler cette pitance. Les vls sont toujours en retard, tout le temps (g plus de 10 vol Pegasus à mon actif) si ce n'était le tarif, j'irais voir ailleurs. D'ailleurs un bon turkish air lines avec ses 30kg de bagages et repas offert c'est mieux malgré la différence de prix (de 35 à 80€)"

Points négatifs : "I had a connecting flight to Oslo (Same reservation number) Dubai-Istanbul-Oslo The first section was 2 hour late and I lost connection. almost arriving to Istanbul the crew told the it was 40 min delay (First lie). The land personal also lied. They offered to pay for the visa to turkey (As i originally do not need) they did not. They say They will provide a 5 star hotel it was a Holiday Inn. The transport next day almost do not make it on time.... It was a terrible experience. I had another flight connection to Iceland but as it was not their company they did not care. The next day here is no iceland flight so I need to loose another day and pay the second company penalties for the change. Pegasus is routinely late!! Y can relate several problems of other passengers I witness. They also lied saying the problem was air traffic (the maximum time a plane can order to circling in the air for a chance to land is 45 min but we did not). TERRIBLE."

Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
