Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Everyone is doing their best, but travel sucks! Mask wearing is necessary but odious. The worst thing is the toilets on 767s are so cramped that you cannot see where the trash is without crouching down or being a pigmy, so people leave their towels by the sink!

The flight crew was very rude to people they thought were ignoring mask mandate. There was a lady that said her mask had slipped down and the flight attendant was very rude to her. When is the mask mandate going to be lifted? I wore my mask the whole time but really ridiculous that I have to still wear it. I have been fully vaccinated since February.

Plane was hot. Flight handling was poor (rough takeoff, landing). Young and inexperienced pilot. Short flight made it bearable. If it was longer than an hour, that would have been terrible. Beverage service? Warm water. Disappointing.

Points négatifs : "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

AT THE GATE. Even bottled water purchased 20 feet from the gate. And they couldn’t explain why. Just got a bunch of shrugs. Why take sealed water purchased at their own airport away before an international 8+ hour flight???"

I will NEVER fly LATAM again and will make sure that I spend a lot more than $30 for all of my future travels in their region. Too bad that their rules are designed to steal from the customer. As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

Basically a company looking to get money wherever they can at the expense of foreign travelers."

Moreover, she failed to give us copies of our boarding pass for our connecting flight from Lima to Peru. Because of her misleading, out luggage was left in Lima and we landed in Cusco without our luggage. We are still awaiting to see where our luggage is."

Fortunately the woman who checked me in realized there was 1 seat available on the last flight that would get me to Lima in time for my connection flight (departing same time as my flight pre-delay). She personally got me to the front of the line, and ran with me just about to the gate, where I caught a shuttle to the plane. If she hadn't done so, and if I hadn't checked in so early, I would have been forced to stay in Lima 24hrs, despite buying a rightful seat and having reservations in Buenos Aires. It is appalling and unacceptable that y'all continue to overbook flights, causing incredible trouble, inconvenience and potential harm to your customers. For a service that costs so much, the only acceptable delays are weather and mechanically related. if it hadn't been for amazing staff immediately, I would've been furiously waiting in a city I didn't need or want to be in. Customer service will continue to grow your business or impede it negatively-- how y'all act is up to you. I appreciate how well I was taken care of by several kind individuals."

Both their App and their online system were down and unavailable. We were never able to view our actual seats online. The "preferred seats" my group on 5 could not have been worse!! We were seated consistently in row 11 or the very last row of the aircraft immediately in front of the lavatory, where the seats do not recline at all and where you hear and smell the bathroom for the entire flight.. There was NO space to breathe in our seats. I have traveled on dozens of airlines and this experience and these seats were the WORST! After this happened once, I specifically asked to insure that it would not happen again and was told that seats on my next flights were good but they were the same horrible seats. Part of our itinerary was on LAN and part was on TAM, who have now combined into 1 airline, but still operate on separate systems. So LAN customer service could not see the seats for TAM flights and vice versa. Their online system reflected a changed time for our return flight from 145pm to 250pm from Rio. We verified it 3 times (even though we could not check in or view our seats because of "technical difficulties" we could see the new departure tie, and the change was confirmed by our Sheraton concierge, but when we arrived to the airport they informed us that we had arrived to late for our 145pm flight! We showed them the app that showed our flight was changed to 250pm and they could not explain the problem. We were delayed 4 hours and arrived too late for dinner in Santiago. The final 4 hour flight at 4am flight from Santiago to Lima was torture. The seat in front was literally 6 inches in front of my face when they reclined and I could not recline. It was absolute TORTURE! Avoid this airline! To add the agony, they have lost my bag and do not know where it is!"

Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"
