Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

And then after multiple calls they finally said it would take another 5 days to be delivered 200 miles. So I ended up having to go get it myself. Not as much as an apology from them. Aeroflot is absolute garbage. Stay away from them."

Literally a 2”x2” piece of overcooked rubbery chicken, literally a large marble sized ball of over cooked spinach, some tastless rice and a rice cake - plain. Ugh. I asked the check-in guy in Moscow if he could please confirm that we were at the right gate, and he barked at me “WAIT!!!” Like who talks to a customer in that tone? It was just unpleasant. While Aeroflot wasn’t horrible and would be tolerable in a pinch, I would try to avoid this ain-line if possible."

When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase."

I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."
