Points négatifs : "This was a JetStar flight, not JAL as the title says. I've only had good experiences with JAL. Despite paying for two pieces of baggage, I had to pay an extra charge. One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

I cannot thank Japan Airlines enough for how easy they made traveling and how comfortable they made me feel. I Highly recommend flying Japan Airlines for your travels."

Nobody arranging it and people just going wild, nobody knows where the line should begin. We spent 2 hours plus in the imigration line. So from the scheduled time to arrive at Tokyo 5pm, we get to our Hotel at 2am. Good job Narita airport!"

The crew were top notch making sure that even the economy travelers like myself were very well taken care of, comforted and if asleep leaving notes to contact them for a meal set aside. I cannot say enough good things about EVA. Every airline could learn from EVA's attention to customer needs."

Points négatifs : "The 1hr, 40 minute delay in Hong Kong ended up costing me 11 hours of additional travel time to reach my final destination. The Airline arranged for the last leg of my flight to Chicago from Seattle to be on a different Airline, and it wasn't so comfortable. Arrangements were made by the airline in Taipei for my flight out of Chicago for me also, but with a 4 hours layover and on a "Standby" condition. This I didn't understand because there was a much earlier flight leaving Chicago on this same airline and it wasn't full. Staff at the ticket counter did eventually correct it to the earlier flight for me."

Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
