The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

They are short staffed on pilots so they are over worked. The plane was a disaster very dirty, loud, and two fights broke out. I couldn't even sleep to turn my brain off. No entertainment either."

I had to wake up the customer sitting next to me so i can walk to the back galley where i found 4 cabin crew members sitting down and chit chatting about their personal lives completely ignoring the chime/sound and light above my seat when i pressed the F/A call button. When i asked for water, one of the cabin crew members pointed towards a bottle of bottle and told me to serve myself as if im a non-paying customer. I paid for my ticket, why should i do their job. In a nutshell, the customer service sucks, for least money i could have taken another airline with better service."

Passengers wee lining up outside the office without a sitting. Day use hotel includes food but the lunch was just a small piece of turkey over some steamed veggies...either the airline do good to its word to cater for transit passengers, or they don’t make any promise."

With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."

The crewmember in the airport in charge of communicating with us would walk away for 20+ min when passengers asked questions. I do not recommend this airline."

One young lady in particular rolled her eyes and indicated that we should look at the screen when we asked what time we should leave - eventually she was so rude to customers with children who were complaining about the delays that she got up and walked away from her post at the gate. Her colleagues later suggested that if people wanted to complain they should walk to a destination within Tunis airport that ultimately had no representatives - let alone facilities - through which we could lodge our complaints about the lack of communication with passengers who are paying for such shoddy service."
