But actually, my Visa is a Shengen Visa!!!! I showed all the documents to them, they still think I'm not! My Visa was released with my university. I came back and checked with the immigration office! They also confirmed that I could go to the Paris! I already booked the airline tickets! And hotel! And paid!!!!!!! But because of the airport assistants' STUPID I couldn't go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my airplane ticket money back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Must!

The overhead bins were filled and the crew wanted to move my luggage to the middle of the plane--far from me --so that the latecomer could stow a shopping bag. We protested--my luggage was moved to accommodate the latecomer anyway. Is a small thing but I was furious.

Points positifs : The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Points négatifs : There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Points négatifs : the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Points négatifs : It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.
