They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Points négatifs : "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
