Swiss took care of arranging hotel for us and substitution flight.
Missed connection flight because of delay
Quick, clean, flight.
Boarding delay due to mechanical problem. Line to board was more like a mass of people trying to squeeze through all at once and surprisingly disorganized. Somehow managed to board quickly, though.
Bag check process
Food was good. Crew nice and professional.
Landing was not so smooth.

The interface of the screens seemed old Need to anticipate the needs of the customer better For example, they brought me my special meal first, but I had to wait 30 minutes later to get a drink to accompany it. The food was getting old. Did not see any newspaper/periodical selection. That would have been nice.
Flight was delayed by 1h30min, so we arrived very late
Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards
The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically.
Stewardess berated a man for leaving his backpack on the floor in front of him rather than politely addressing the issue. She told him you know better than that and don’t ever do that again. It was totally uncalled for.
Didn’t like the fact that online check in didn’t work on the Delta app.di

I was next to an obese person who literally took half of my seat. That was extremely uncomfortable.
There were actual meals served on the flight. They were pretty good. Free movies available.
There was one cranky flight attendant. The seats don’t recline quite enough to be able to sleep.
We where delayed for just over an hour
When i booked on kayak was from 8th August to 18th August when BA booked 8th August to 18th September it cost me extra to come back on monday 20th August £ 1400 extra
Two seats next to me were free!!! Food was good!
Luggage delivery at HFK was extremelly slow!
I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that 1) I was seated at the emergency exit, 2) that as a result, I would not be allowed to have my carry-on at my seat. Communication would have been appreciated.

Everything. Will never book AA/BA again. Ended up with 42 hours journey.

The crew on The flight was efficient and friendly.
The flight was so crammed. I understand there's the possibility of flying on a fully booked flight but if it took an hour to load the passengers how quickly can you realistically get 400 passengers out? Plus it prevents everyone from having an overhead cubby. You need to reconfigure the flying experiwnce.
The cree was great. Plenty of room in economy plus. Timely boarding.
The food was hard on the edges and too spiced on the salad.
Early flight was not as crowded
But was very busy just the same. Weather was poor
Boarding in Frankfurt was pretty good as all zones had their own gates- somethinh I am missing at YYZ.
Legroom is getting tighter and tighter in the Economy class and meals are getting smaller and smaller as the trays are apperaing bigger and bigger...
We had to pay extra for checked baggage which were not aware of earlier. The counter person told us we could have saved if we purchased it earlier online and would have saved us 15 euros per person
I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit.
Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors.
The flight crews were polite. The short flight journey included a simple light lunch with drink.
The flight departure time was delayed for one hour.
Food was alright
No entertainment, no charging port beyond row 15.
