I don’t understand why if masks are still mandatory inside the plane, only half of the people were wearing it. And the crew did not say anything to the people not wearing the mask

Give information a day before the flight

Transavia flight was ok but I regret that kiwi illegally checked me in. They, for instance, answered security question for me and were not allowed to do so.

Flight was ok but agency forced the check in.

Transavia sent an email Where they explained they had to hire a mini plane with crew to serve us , the crew was rude , and un prepared , they splashed sparkling water all over me and two roads , no apology or nothing just 2 napkins , I paid to bring a horas my hand luggage that was refused and put it with the check inn luggage I snapped several videos of the poor and uncomfortable situations we lived and will post it later on my social media to warn people about it , and will contact the customer services at the airline so they know about it

Embarquement très long du fait sans doute du manque de personnel : une seule hotesse pour contrôler les papiers et répondre au téléphone jusqu'à ce qu'elle reçoive le renfort d'une autre personne. Mais on a attendu tranquillement en salle d'embarquement donc pas de souci. 30min de retard, ce qui n'a pas eu gros impact ensuite. famille de 6.. on a trouvé des places pour ne pas être séparés. cool. hôtesses de vol très agréables meme si on a pas eu affaire à elles.

Malgré le retard à l’embarquement, le vol est arrivé à l’heure initialement prévu

I paid extra for priority boarding, but it was a joke. The crew was fine, but the boarding was a rip off! And the connecting flight was 5 hours delayed.

Après avoir attendu 2h en plus pour prendre notre avion sans explication et sans excuse de la compagnie, nous avons été déçu de voir que même une simple collation ne nous a même pas été offert. Très déçu !

Delays in flight is not acceptable. The passengers knew about the delays before the staff.

Schiphol airport was in chaos. I waited more than 2 hours in line for security check. Had to excuse myself among passengers because my flight is near and I can't wait anymore. Asked an agent if I can pass in front of the line, run all the way to the gate, turned out they changed it so I had to run again to the second gate, arrived 2 minutes after the indicated boarding time. The plane was still there (kept being there for an hour and a half of delay afterwards) but the flight agent decided boarding is closed and I can't be boarded. Which doesn't make sense because I am not responsible for the airport problems and chaos. I already endured all the standing and waiting in the unbelievably long line and did all I could to catch my flight and I wasn't even that late. 0 flexibility. 0 respect for the customer. She asked me to book another ticket for a later flight while my flight is waiting in front of my eyes. Later it got solved by some gentleman who appears to be the pilot who insisted that passengers are not responsible for the airport chaos and that she should on-board us (me and 2 other passengers in same situation). So grateful that happened but the discussion with the first agent was super frustrating. My other flights with Vueling went just fine.

First time. Good experience. Will use again.
