Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Then I said okay, I’ll move if I get a refund and the the flight attendant said that they will. So then I swapped to a middle seat by the attendants directive all the way in the back. After the plane takes off, the flight attendant said that can not refund me the upgrade. I was extremely frustrated and felt discriminated because of my age and size. I demanded to sit back to my original assigned seat but they refused. Not to mention, the flight was delayed!! Unpleasant experience and a rip off."

Points positifs : "When I missed my flight from Belgrade to Istanbul due to plane being late 45 min.and I missed my flight to LA, they gave me a free accommodation and meals."
Points négatifs : "I didn't like the fact that nobody told me that Ataturk Airport in Istanbul is so big that you can not make to connect flight on time for an hour.Especially if you flight has been late to depart like mine from Belgrade due to the rain. I thought I will make it to the connect flight to LA but the gate was already closed. I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

All the crew are so nice and it is their policy to give you all of the comforts - pillows, blankets, headphones, drinks (including alcohol), movies, musics, games, meals, snacks and probably more! I don't think they have a way to take money! This was the best flying experience I have ever had! The plane itself was also very nice. There was touchscreen in front of me with all kinds of entertainment plus a USB charger for my phone. They also made sure the closest connecting flight folks had gate attendants waiting for them. The service is phenomenal all the way around!"

Pas possible de s enregistrer en ligne, uniquement à l aéroport. Aucun contact possible en français ( ni sur place ni par téléphone) Pas possible de choisir les sièges en avance. Transfert horrible : pas de priorité donné aux vols qui partent en 1er pour le contrôle d identité, du coup ç est le bazar, le stress... Perte de bagages, et personne pour nous aider à les retrouver, même par téléphone ils ne peuvent rien faire. Surtaxé coût téléphonique.

It should say a boarding time and not “gate closing time” whatever that meant. Food was served too early. And it wasn’t good. No good food options to purchase."

Points négatifs : "Staff was very rude and not accommodating. I asked for water at one point and I was told I could only get tea or coffee. The team lacked a human component. I had been traveling since 8am Milan time without being able to get any food or coffee because I was jumping from plane to plane when I finally had 10 minutes to spare I grabbed a coffee and before even taking a sip I was told I couldn’t bring hot beverages on the plane. I wasn’t given an explanation just that I had to toss it out in a waste basket before even stepping onto the platform. I travel a lot for work and have always been allowed to bring my coffee onboard so this was not only a shock to me but very upsetting because this coffee would have been the only thing I would have in my stomach since dinner the night before, it was already 3pm Dublin time. Highly suggest customer service training for this airline. Another note, your team at baggage claim in Dublin gave us the wrong information about hour Aer Lingus and British Airways work. We were told that since we were switching airlines and even though our bags were tagged to go from Milan to London to Dublin to LA that we were responsible to recheck our luggage in with Aer Lingus. So not only did we have to grab our bags but go through customs and check in lines from departures. Needless to say we were running to our gate but not before someone in checking station telling us that we didn’t have to worry about the bags because they would have made it even though they were on the baggage claim belt in Dublin. It goes without saying, I will never fly with Aer Lingus or recommend it to anyone I know."

I pressed the call button to get the flight attendant's attention, and no one came for an hour and a half! They saw the light above my seat, but they just kept walking past me! I raised my hand to get their attention, but they ignored me and walked right past me! I appreciate the fact that they were trying everything they could do to help me out, but when they started ignoring me every time I asked them for help...that was just rude and my anxiety began to rise! Worst flight experience I have ever encountered."

Overall, this flight was a nightmare and a huge let down after flying to Rome on British Airways. I can't say enough about how wonderful that flight was..Aer Lingus was a big disappointment and a poor substitute for BA. Very unsatisfied customer!"

Bonjour, notre correspondance à Londres n’était pas enregistré et ont nous a trouvé des places séparées pour pouvoir rentrer à Paris. Nous avons dû récupérer nos valises, devoir sortir pour de nouveau nous enregistrer ainsi que nos valises (65 livres) dont je demande le remboursement pour pouvoir rentrer. C’est inadmissible !! Je pense que c’est la première et dernière fois que je réserverai un voyage chez vous. Pour info 24 heures avant notre départ pour New York ont nous a signalé un retard de plus de 10 heures !!!! Sans explications et sans excuses. Je souhaite un remboursement des billets d’avion et également d’une nuit d’hôtel que nous avons perdu. Merci d’avance pour votre réponse. Luis Baptista

Le vol en lui-même s'est bien passé. En revanche, l'obtention du boarding pass et les formalités à remplir en ligne ont été une vraie galère (et à faire en double exemplaire, en plus (American Airlines + Kayak)).

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

It lets those families and get on board and get setup so that they don't block aisle access for everyone else. American seems to board based on how expensive your ticket was. So, the aisles get blocked and boarding takes forever. 2) The cabin crew gave pretty apathetic service. When our baby threw up on us, they just told us to go clean ourselves up in the bathrooms. They gave us a can of soda water to help clean up, but that was about it. 3) When my wife asked if the bread was dairy free (for our baby with a dairy allergy), the staff's response was to turn to another staff member and ask them, "Do you want to go back and research that?" In the end they just told us they didn't have time to look it up."

Les sièges sont très confortables sur British Airways. Malheureusement le vol Genève à Londres avait tellement de retard que j’ai raté ma correspondance pour New York. J’ai du partir le lendemain. J’ai donc perdu une nuit à New York. Bien sûr un British Airways à financé la nuit à l’hôtel ainsi que le repas et le breakfast à Londres. Ce qui aurait pu être amélioré ces que l’équipage nous aide à sortir plus rapidement de l’avion pour attraper la correspondance mais il m’ont répondu qu’il n’était pas en mesure de le faire.

Nous avons essayé de joindre British Airways pendant des jours. Aucun numéro de téléphone ne répondait on a perdu un temps fou pour rien. Aucune réponse à nos mails. Avion très bruyant très petit Pas de possibilité de modifier quoi que ce soit. J’ai l’habitude de voyager, c’était la première fois avec ba mais ça sera la dernière.

Je n’ai pas pu avoir le vol à cause d’une annulation de mon premier vol

le personnel et les repas sont excellents... Le confort est relatif et à l'embarquement en peu d'attente du à un faible nombre de cabine de checking ouvertes... Les sièges sont un peu spartiates pour le vol, donc confort relatif, mais pour une ou deux heures c'est supportable.

Everything was pretty mediocre for the upgraded cabin. Seats are only slightly more comfortable than basic economy, but just barely and not good for a long flight. The crew was pleasant but invisible - after dinner service they made one pass to pick up trays but then offered drinks and water twice more before making any other pass to pick up trash. Some passengers who didn’t finish their meals before they came by for tray pickup had their dirty dinner trays in front of the f them for 5 hours and no crew member even offered to take it away. Pretty disgusting having old food and trash all over the cabin for an 11 hour flight.

C'est une grosse arnaque cette compagnie. Je n'ai pas pu récupérer mon argent suite la fermeture des frontières.
