Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Especially they treat every passenger equally or all the same with given out for any extra cost e.g. food, drinks, entertainement any thing we need while we are up in the air needs. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. The airline informed them about the change in schedule but the company did not informe me and I almost lost the flight which would have ended with me not arriving to australia until who knows when. I am quite disappointed with this!"
