First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."

This particular pet owner chose to let his/her pet cry out pet's stress + discomfort throughout the flight and annoy all passengers. Pet owner took no action, for example, gave no sedative to the pet or hold the pet to provide comfort or safety. I personally find such behavior irresponsible."

Points négatifs : "The fact that this JAL Flight was operated by Korean Air meant that not only was the staff different, the the plane itself was an older and smaller model with extremely little room and zero entertainment systems. Both of these developments were severely disappointing given that the 2 hour round trip was 440USD, and flying on a budget airline would have provided basically the same experience for much cheaper. Furthermore the flight was delayed for over an hour taking off at almost 10:00pm instead of 8:40pm. The meal service was quite disappointing as well given the long wait. This delay nearly caused me to miss the last train into the city, in which case I would have needed to take an incredibly expensive Tokyo taxi ride to my accommodation. This was avoided by luck alone, as the airport immigration lines at Haneda airport were uncharacteristically empty. All in all, it was a surprisingly frustrating experience and remarkably stressful. I have known JAL and Korean Air to both be excellent carriers and was quite disappointed to have such a poor flight experience could have been exceeded by an average Peach or Vanilla Air flight."

Points positifs : "Managed to take off close to scheduled time despite inclement weather. Offered disposable raincoats for passengers for transfer from tarmac bus to plane. Staff are always polite and courteous."
Points négatifs : "Ran out of chicken and only had fish. Not a fan of fish. Was offered "chicken or fish" but when I selected chicken there was none!!! Not a fan of the bus transfer."

Points positifs : "Everyone has to check in at the counter with no digital kiosks, adding an extra hour. Plane was empty but they would not put anyone into first class. Most importantly the plane felt and sounded like it was about to disintegrate. To top it all off it was the worst food I have seen on an airplane"
