We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport

Points positifs : Because kayak did not alerted me my flight had to be moved to Miami since is the only city that provides passports the same day. This extra expense costed me over 400$ in hotels gas and extra parking costs.
Points négatifs : Kayak services were terrible and I do not plan to use them again. The website should have alerted me that I needed a passport valid for longer than 3 months to my flight for Spain.

Points négatifs : They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions.

Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Points négatifs : The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.

Points négatifs : Check in was annoying in Paris as we had to go to ticket counter, and then go to a different counter to pay for luggage. Annoyed in the first place to have to pay for 2 checked bags on international flight, but to have to go into three separate lines in order to do so was pouring salt into a wound.

Points négatifs : They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time.

Points négatifs : The coldest plane ever! Using my outdoor jacket and still cold! No ac on but very cold! I think is because they are renting blankets at $5 - ridiculous. Food: nothing! If you prepay then you get meals, water and coffee, if not you’re ignored! You can order from the snack bar at $3 a water!

Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse.

Points négatifs : The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor.

Points négatifs : We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again.
Points négatifs : We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke.

Points négatifs : I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs.
