Those website are very practical to look for flights but unless they give you the company direct you are better off switching to company site and book it there. The airport in Moscow was easy to navigate, despite all the negative reviews I read before my visit there, I found my gate in no time and almost everyone who worked at the airport spoke English. The airport was super clean with a wide selection of food stores and gift shops. Good prices, too. I'm definitely flying aeroflot again."

Also the technician's fault. I don't think I'll ever fly this company again. I'd rather pay more and have a good experience."

I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer."

Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."

This is OK for short people with short legs, like average Vietnamese customers. It is a pain for taller people with longer legs. It takes a lot of strength to push the footrest into its former position. In my seat, two attendants came to my help and could not do it. Something apparently was broken. I spent 13 miserable hours without being able to find a comfortable position for my legs. I strongly suggest to Vietnam Airlines get rid of the footrests altogether, or find an easy-to-manage model."
