Priority Boarding had only one security check personnel (as oppose to the six people at regular boarding). This made the boarding process very slow. The airline should allocate personal to the priority boarding first and then move them to the regular boarding once priority boarding is complete."

After all it is an International carrier and all aspects of the flight experience would benefit from staff that was multi lingual."

I had to spend an extra day in Buenos Aires and go back to the airport the next day. I had scheduled a hostel in my destination and the hostel wasn't able to change my reservation but they charged me for the night anyway. I ended up camping in El Calafate, where it was very cold and rained all night."
Points positifs : "Boarding in BA was not organized, employees floating around without clear directions. I was an economy class passenger, so food and whatever else was appropriate. Landing was on time but a lot of precious time was lost before I could get out of plane making my connection really tight. Overall I was OK."

Ok, strikes are terrible, but they happen. However, we then had to spend NINE HOURS waiting in line at the airport. Aerolineas refused to talk to us over the phone, saying we had to call the agency. Kayak and FlightNetwork tried to call Aerolineas, who then said they wouldn't help and we could only solve it at the airport. Hence the nine hours. They eventually rebooked us on a flight the next morning, out of the other airport in Buenos Aires. Again, I get it, flights were full with the cancellations. But the run-around was appalling, and they didn't pay for our hotel (why on earth not? We had to spend an extra night and it was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT) or the $100 of cabs back into the city and then out the next morning. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never again. And honestly, never again through Kayak either."
