Points négatifs : Absolutely everything. Worst airline I have ever flown on in my entire life. Would give 0 stars if that was a possible option. Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on

Points négatifs : First problem started when the Rynair website would not recognize my information when I tried to check-in online. I assumed that this may have been completed during the recent purchase because there website said my flight was confirmed. Arriving to the airport later than I would have liked but within more then the 40 minutes required to check-in when I arrived I was put on the incorrect line, after explaining that I wasn't able to check-in online, then when told finally I needed to go customer service. I should have been on the line to check-in instead, and after standing on long lines as a disabled passenger was told that it was to late to board. Your customer service agent didn't apologize for his staffs incompetence putting me on the incorrect lines to check-in and then did not offer to put me on the same flight schedule for the following day unless I payed an additional $100. I would have made my flight in more than enough time especially in such a small airport if the staff put me on the correct line to check-in. I was flying to Madrid on business and missed and had a small window of opportunity to meet a client who because of the delay would no longer be available because they were also soon traveling on business.This snow balled into a variety of problems; I had to pay for the apartment in Madrid I had pre-booked, and train tickets that where purchased would no longer be used, I had to go back to Paris and find another hotel to stay in.

Points positifs : We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.

Points positifs : Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be. No food or entertainment to rate on Paris -Madrid leg.

Points négatifs : Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do.

Points négatifs : When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !

I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again.

Points positifs : Today was a very early day and making a connecting flight in Madrid to Lisbon was very tight because of a gate change. I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm.

Points négatifs : I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short.

Points négatifs : It would have been better to have 2 carry ons. Even a bag of snacks was considered a carry on and i had to put it and my purse in my backpack.

Points négatifs : Weight limit and fees for cabin luggage is excessive. I had to pay twice for priority bording so I could bring my carry on and then they tell me it does not fit the required size. Never again I’m flying RyanAir and ever coming to France.

Points négatifs : First problem started when the Rynair website would not recognize my information when I tried to check-in online. I assumed that this may have been completed during the recent purchase because there website said my flight was confirmed. Arriving to the airport later than I would have liked but within more then the 40 minutes required to check-in when I arrived I was put on the incorrect line, after explaining that I wasn't able to check-in online, then when told finally I needed to go customer service. I should have been on the line to check-in instead, and after standing on long lines as a disabled passenger was told that it was to late to board. Your customer service agent didn't apologize for his staffs incompetence putting me on the incorrect lines to check-in and then did not offer to put me on the same flight schedule for the following day unless I payed an additional $100. I would have made my flight in more than enough time especially in such a small airport if the staff put me on the correct line to check-in. I was flying to Madrid on business and missed and had a small window of opportunity to meet a client who because of the delay would no longer be available because they were also soon traveling on business.This snow balled into a variety of problems; I had to pay for the apartment in Madrid I had pre-booked, and train tickets that where purchased would no longer be used, I had to go back to Paris and find another hotel to stay in.

Points négatifs : When I bought the ticket, i was not clearly informed that we HAD to check in online before arriving to the airport. This was a huge issue. I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again.

Points négatifs : Absolutely everything. Worst airline I have ever flown on in my entire life. Would give 0 stars if that was a possible option. Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Points négatifs : Nobody explained boarding and it was weird. We went through a gate, but there was not a plane. After standing confused for about 20 mins, a bus arrived and drove us to the plane. Despite this wait, we left about on time and arrived on time.

Points positifs : We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible

Points négatifs : Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel.
