This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
