Non-reclining economy seats which are desperately uncomfortable for any flight of more than 1 hour, and completely unsuitable for an overnight flight. These planes desperately need a refit. Best avoided until this has been completed. The flight was overbooked, and the cabin crew seemed stressed and very busy. As a long term frequent flyer with CX, this was a very disappointing experience."

There were two service representatives to take me on the golf cart from my gate in Terminal 1 when I landed to the bus departing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 where my connection was. It was unexpected, but saved a lot of stress based on the distance I had to travel within the airport to make the connecting flight."

The connecting distance was significant to get from the Terminal 1 gate to the bus leaving from Terminal 2 to get to Terminal 4. Changi is usually VERY efficient, but this was a real inconvenience to not have direct transport from T1 to T4. Also, the lines for Cathay are not properly sorted by First/Business and all status frequent flyers. There were no ropes or anything organizing the queue, so there were well over 150 people lined up for the priority boarding with no clear queue. At that point, there is no priority. Time to get better organized."

Making such changes on Tiger Air was so much easier and intuitive. I'll never fly Air Asia if I can help it."

He then pushed me to hand over my credit card so he could charge me. From then on all I have to say is that the planes have no entertainment, no leg room (they are known for the insanely tight seats) and no food. Not even a drop of water was offered unless you pay on board. Interesting...I wonder what they do then with all of the money they took to accept my one bag (it was seriously 10k, I'm a small girl travelling alone there was nothing large about it). All that to say, I wish I could get some money back, I would never have paid so much to check a bag if I had the opportunity to cancel the flight all together. I'm beyond unhappy with my experience."

Unfortunately, as they only had 2 people working at the check-in desk, we waited in line for over an hour to get checked in. Everyone was telling the staff that we were all at risk of missing our flight (as we still needed to clear security and immigration), however nothing changed. The girls behind the desk seemed genuinely flustered and sorry about the situation, but unfortunately no one else came to support. We made our flight by the skin of our teeth, but it seems that people in line behind us weren't so lucky."

The price seemed decent and we got the hours we wanted...there was no option to add baggage when I was booking the ticket so I assumed the baggage was included (like on many international flights.) When we got to the airport, our flight was over two hours delayed...We wanted to switch to another flight instead because we had a whole day planned, but they said because it was through a third-party we were not able to do that and there was no way to contact kayak directly. So we were forced to wait and when we went to go check in our luggage they tried to charge us $60 for 15 kg and $20 for every additional kilogram. They said it was too late to get the online price (which was half of that amount) My luggage was 25 kg which amounted to an additional $200 which ended up costing MORE than my round trip flight. Jetstar is the worst airline I have ever flown. I emailed kayak for a refund or some customer support after the nightmare we dealt with ON New Year’s Day and still have yet to hear back about this matter. Going back to solely booking airlines directly or through Expedia because at least you can get in touch with them when things go wrong."

I was never told how crappy Jetstar's baggage policy was and I will never fly them again. In fact, it makes me bitter with Kayak even though it doesn't necessarily reflect on you. You should never recommend this airline EVER AGAIN!!"

I am only 170cm but my knees were up against the seat in front of me. And they are so narrow even the average size woman next to me kept elbowing me."

Points négatifs : "Nothing complimentary is offered. Not even water for a 3 hour flight. The flight attendants were ok, if that. As one was making announcements he used double entendres that are not necessarily family friendly. Excessive and unprofessional. We will definitely choose NOT to fly this airline again."

Points négatifs : "The only thing I guess they keep their eyes on is how much luggage you take . Don't expect they will let you carry on more than 7 Kg. Trust me !"

Points négatifs : "The process of checking in was very inefficient. They made us go from one counter just to check in and then go to a different counter to pay for the checked bags and another counter to check the bags in and then another counter to get our documents check. All of that could have been handled all at once at one counter. On top of that, their website didn't provide any details regarding how much it would cost to check bags in, which was very frustrating."

Points négatifs : "I have booked with Delta, ANA, Kuwait Air, Air Asia and Philipines Airline and none needed to see physical credit card. My girlfriend was not able to join me because of this unreasonable request. I offered to send copy of card with passport but they would not help. I have put a dispute with credit card as they would not let her on plane."
