Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

The boarding process at jfk was a nightmare. The gate staff were inappropriate. The plane was old and needs to be refurbished or replaced. There still is a middle seat in business class. The cabin crew appeared disinterestedor perhapstired. For the cost of the ticket qatar etihad or emirates airlines are a superior choice.

We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Ce qui m’a plu Le confort du vol la wifi

The flight was wonderful. The crew was polite and professional. The aircraft was clean and new.

Le vol a été annulé et je devais arriver à CDG. Au final, on m'a positionné sur un voll 1 heure plus tôt et avec une arrivée à Orly. Avec ma fille qui partait pour NYC en fin d'après-midi (heureusement), j'ai dut traverser Paris avec sa grosse valise et à ma charge.

Valise cabine mise en soute alors qu il y avait de la place dans le portes bagages et que j ai demande de garder ma valise pour avoir une correspondance ferroviaire serree a l aeroport final. Personnel d embarquement extremement desagreable a toulouse.

Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.

They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

My but was killing me during the flight but the cabin crew helped me by gin I got me 2blankets to fold up and sit on. The pillows are way too big and hard. I recommend paring them down the size they currently are. I was in seat 7-E. The business class bus was last to come so we waited for a long time to get to the plane. Most of economy was boarded before us. But not really a big problem as we did get on the plane with no problem."

A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class."

This indeed very strange because everytime I flied with Etihad you serve 2 meals one of them is meat or chicken with rice. I was really starving until the next glight because when we left Incheon airport it was 12.55am and most restaurants were closed. Please try to solve this issue"

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Points positifs : "I managed to find a MUCH cheaper deal through Kayak, cheaper than directly through the airline (£200 cheaper in fact!), which was a great start to the trip. I was emailed a confirmation that my booking had been accepted through the airline within minutes, and it was easy to workout how to check myself in. Then I had zero hassles on the flights, so I'm really pleased with the service. I was even lucky enough to have a whole row to myself on both of my flights from England to Australia, which on a +24hr flight can be an absolute godsend. Staff were all friendly even encouraging us to move to alternate seats given there was sufficient space. The air crafts were tidy and it was easy transitioning from each connecting flight. Absolutely no hassle at all."
Points négatifs : "The only points were that the inflight entertainment from Manchester to Abu Dhabi was a tiny step below standard but great choice in terms of films to watch, my second flight was on an A380 so there was an obvious difference in design standard between the 2 planes making the first flight less desirable, and the food was OK at best. On one of my flights I didn't eat the heated meal, any sides and only ate some of the dessert given the flavour was quite poor. An airline could do to raise the taste bar standard."

Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. If it does not then you have to pay $320 to check in the bag which I was forced to pay. Never seen any airline doing such a shitty thing and overcharging. Also, I think they turned the AC off during the flight and I was fanning myself for the entire 14 hour duration of the trip. WTF??"
