The staff and service of SIngapore Airlines is hard to beat. They are excellent. If they could only figure out their call center fiasco it would be a top airline. Attempting to call SQ is like trying to talk to the dead.

I was told to not open the bag until I reached my destination. Lucky I opened it after I cleared security to find that the face of the phone had been shattered with glass shards sticking out, I bought this to the crews' attention and was told to send an email to a random email for the airlines and that the incident would be investigated later. So basically I was given the brush off. Worst experience I have had while flying."

When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

The flight attendants were incredibly friendly and courteous and were actually surprised when we only ordered one drink and one meal at a time! The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."

They refused to accommodate me for a 19 hour layover with a complimentary airport hotel stay, claiming there was an earlier flight--that was still 12 hours away, that I would have to pay to book anyway. Pure scam to get you to pay to upgrade your flight, pay for hotel or be condemned to stay in there airport for a whole day. Never ever again! Don't fly them!"

The fly dubai associated flight was a bit tricky the plane was uncomfortable and I was assigned a seat next to loo.

Food was cater to one nationality staff did what they could but could not help family with controlling there kids dreaming on flight was the worst time on Emirates flight in 15 years dont know if will fly again with this airlines

We had originally booked the flight with the expectation of being on the A-380, but in the last 48 hours before the flight learned we were changed to the 777. A bit disappointed in the last minute change as we were looking forward to the A-380 experience and would have planned differently if we’d known that the 777 was the only option.

Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"

We are NOT happy with the downgrade after American Airlines was more than happy to take our money for the higher class ticket. We would not have booked this flight as a red eye had we known we would have had economy seating. On top of which, the unseat entertainment for the row we were seated in was not working. I am usually quite happy with the American Airlines flights between Boston and LA, however this unexpected downgrade was not only surprising but extremely disappointing."

Purchased my seats online, then got a notification saying it didn't go through. Called to fix the issue, but the man on the phone put me on hold for almost an hour! Only to accidentally put my partner and I in different rows. When I complained at the lack of professionalism from him over the phone, he offered some sort of compensation. When I agreed, he transferred me to his supervisor who said they do not compensate in any form! So why offer it then?! I then called the reservation department like I was told to, and they said they would look into the issue and call me back. This was about a month or two before my flight, and even though it's been a week after my flight, I have yet to get that call I was promised (nor the compensation). WORST PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! As for the flight, my only complaints are the messy boarding process and the uncomfortable seats in economy. Although you can't really expect more from old planes such as these."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."
