When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."

At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!"

Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag."

Points négatifs : "They made us pay for our bag even though we only had one and it fit into the measurements. They said it was because it was full but they still made us pay 60 euros each. Making it a 120 euro more than it should have been. They also pretended not to speak English when we tried to talk to them about payment even though they spoke perfect English when they told us the cabin overheads were full. Will definitely be contacting kayak about this."

Points négatifs : "The App did not instruct me to pay for luggage ahead if time or else the will rip me iff at the check in gate. the check in staff were rude and NOT understanding . I will never fly EasyJet EVER again"
